The lessons were well-structured for beginners. The basics course was organised in a way that it was not overwhelming to newbies. The challenges were extremely helpful in putting the lessons into practice right after learning about a new concept.

Loved this! Learning more about forms, how to utilize them and how to inject time and timezones was a lot fun. I will say it again repetition as well as trial and error are what help you retain the knowledge. When it gets challenging, taking a deep breath, water break or whatever helps you and then go through your code step-by-step and you will figure it out. π

It was a good learning curve adjusting the code of my vanilla JS weather app to React. I built it with Vite since the suggested create-react-app has been deprecated, and the tutorial videos of this workshop haven't been updated in a few years it seems, so I wanted to try to learn up-to-date methods, which meant using React, Vite and Netlify documentation and YouTube videos to learn what I needed to complete this project in React.
The SheCodes React course was challenging and moved quickly. While the early weeks felt a little disorganized and not always aligned with the homework, the last two weeks returned to the strong SheCodes style Iβve seen in other classes, walking us through an app step by step. In the end, I gained the core React foundations I need for front-end development. If youβre considering it, expect a steep learning curve, but itβs worth it.
I am a physical therapist who has always been curious about how things work. I started building computers when I was young but coding seemed a lot harder. I am so glad I can finally understand how the basics work and I cannot wait to learn more.

I am very thrilled to have finished my course. It took a lot from me but Matt Delac's guidance I was able to complete the course. I have learnt a lot and upskilled myself. Now I am able to work with API which was one the interesting lessons I have touched. During the She Codes advanced Python course, I really enjoyed learning how to work with data and create graphs. It was fun to actually visualize the information in a way that made sense. At the same time, I found it quite challenging to manage lists and dictionaries correctly and to make sure the indentation was right, since that often affects how the code runs. Overall, the course pushed me to think more carefully about how my code is structured, and I feel proud of what I was able to build. This course challenged me to be more thoughtful about code structure and best practices, and Iβm proud of the projects I completed.

SheCodes Plus AI was an amazing experience! I learned how to integrate AI APIs and apply them to real-world projects. One of my favorite parts was building a French Poem Generator, which brought together creativity and coding in such a fun way. I really enjoyed the new CSS features that I added to my project. In my design process, I used the She Codes CSS generator to lighten images, add gradients, and transform images as well. I loved learning how CSS grids work, and most importantly, I was able to change the theme of my page. I added more features to the dark mode to make it more visually appealing. Overall, it was all worth it!
