I've really loved advancing my existing skills as well as learning to use new tools to create responsive projects. I feel much more confident after completing this workshop and am excited to take on the next challenge, SheCodes React.

This was a great tutorial on React! However, I do wish that this had been a different project from the previous course, or that we had at least learned the unit conversion all the way through to the end.
This course was definitely more difficult than the previous ones, however, it was totally worth it. I loved it. I really want to keep learning and I'm looking forward to seeing what's yet to come!
I've tried a number of coding courses and this is by far the best. I love the structure of the learning material and Matt is a great instructor; I can't wait to continue onto SheCodes Plus!

I'm filled with so much excitement right now. I have learned so, so, so much from this workshop. I enjoyed every minute, challenging here and there, but a bit of patience with myself helped to bring me back together again. I now understand HTML, CSS and Javascript a little better, who would have thought a small girl like me from a small town in South Africa, would be out here learning the backend and frontend of a website, wow.
I recently completed the SheCodes+ coding course, and I must say that it was an incredible experience. Throughout the 8 weeks, I learned so much about coding and programming, and the final project, which was to create a weather app, was the perfect way to showcase what I had learned. The curriculum was well-structured and easy to follow, making it accessible to anyone interested in coding, regardless of their prior experience. What I appreciated most about the course was the emphasis on hands-on learning. We were given plenty of opportunities to apply what we had learned, and the final project was the perfect way to tie everything together. Overall, I would highly recommend the SheCodes+ coding course to anyone looking to learn to code. It was a challenging but rewarding experience.

This has to be the seamless I have heard learning the Use of HTML, CSS and JavaScript in 2 weeks even if the course was to span for 3. One thing Matt has taken time to stress is consistency and you watch him repeat steps in each of his tutorials. Finished another step into my coding journey! SheCodes Responsive has helped me deepen my knowledge into coding and sharpen my skills thru challenges given each lesson and by building a real-life project-my very own portfolio showcasing my project to potential employers. Like SheCodes Basics and Plus, I received all the necessary tools, updated materials and software, together with their live technical support in case I’m feeling stuck and needed help with the assignments. Importantly, I can take the lessons at my own pace, it can be easily accessed any time and it’s not a problem if I needed more time to finish the course; I can ask for extension to so that I can get back to it any time I’m ready. I find it quite rewarding that I was able to solve each problem by myself, getting back to Matt’s bite-size lessons which are all very clear. He delivers topics such as advanced Bootstrap (Navigation, Utility Classes, etc.), Flexbox, Multiple Page Hosting, Media Queries, and more in such a way that it is transparent, fun to learn and easy to understand. He’s an amazing instructor with an equally amazing team. Thank you SheCodes!

SheCodes PLUS is definitely a step-up from Basics. I really enjoyed creating the weather app and learning the complexity of functions, api integrations, and HTML structure. I was able to follow-along to Matt's teaching, and I used Slack to ask any questions I may of had. The Athena AI was useful too, that was a nice feature.
This has been an awesome re-emergence back into the world of coding! I took some coding in college years ago and forgot almost everything I learned 😮 This course was super easy to follow and I feel like I am well equipped to go to the next level! 😄
I learned so much this time. It was challenging at times but I really enjoyed creating the weather app.
I am in a middle of a career change and wanted to try coding to see if this was something I can do and most importantly want to do for a new path in my life. I was nervous at first about these courses being online, but SheCodes made it very easy to do and having the videos to go back and listen to Matt's instructions worked better then in-person classes. I loved it and found out I am not bad at coding! I am looking forward to learning more in the other advanced courses in SheCodes. Don't be scared to learn something new at any age. I could not recommend this workshop enough! I've been able to learn the basics within just 3 weeks. The foundational knowledge I've attained makes it easy to build and advance my skills, making the tech world a much less intimidating place to enter.
I am extremely grateful to the team for the opportunity to learn and learn new things. The training program is very clear and accessible, I liked the tasks and teaching methods, everything is gradual and level by level. It is very cool for learning and developing new work habits.)) It has been a great experience so far. I had no previous knowledge about coding but the instructor, Matt made it really interesting to follow and understand. though i had issues with the sound from Week One, it didn't deter my learning. The SheCode slack community is one of the best things put together by SheCodes as it really was helpful during times I got stuck. Everyone was so helpful, I mean everyone. What I have learned so far has sparked a desire to learn more and go further into coding and I am sure to spread the good news about SheCodes to my friends. Three weeks ago I knew absolutely nothing about coding. I can't believe how much I have learnt in 3 weeks! The layout of the workshop was easy to follow and engaging; each lesson consisted of a video lesson, a challenge to complete and a suggested solution for the challenge. I have thoroughly enjoyed SheCodes Basics and would recommend it to anyone starting their coding journey.
Gosh! I cannot find a better word to say how awesome this workshop was; I was so afraid to try to learn coding being unsuccessful in learning virtually, Matt is an incredible teacher, and the way he explains everything throughout the workshop is incredible. The most exciting part of my day in the past 3 weeks was spending time in the evenings after work coding via SheCodes👩💻 Basics. I enjoyed learning the basics of how to build web pages using HTML, CSS and Javascript and challenging myself during the Final Project. The lessons are super easy to follow and practical. This part was way more difficult than the SheCodes Basic. It was just mind-blowing! But when you finish this course, you think: "It is possible". Yes, there is still a long-long way to go, so many new things to learn and master, but step by step, with perseverance, self-discipline and constant learning , we all can become better. I am incredibly grateful for this course to all the SheCodes team. You are fantastic, patient and knowledgeable! I wish success to all of you and to your students!
SheCodes Plus was definitely a challenge but in the best way possible! The skill set I gained from this goes beyond anything I imagined. Being able to build an entire app by myself after following all the lessons is a massive confidence boost, not forgetting to mention the fun I've had! She codes introduction to coding has really been a life changing experience, what started as just a random idea has become my daily life. Learning to code has becoming so exciting, creative, but most importantly fun. From learning CSS to JAVA-SCRIPT, never a dull moment always trying to figure out new things and learn new techniques. This course has shown me a creative way to solving problems, and even allowed me to build my own project putting my creativity to the test. This is only the beginning to GREATNESS.

SheCodes Basic was the best way for me to begin my journey into tech. The lessons were easy to follow and the challenges created a space for us to test out our new skills. Though this course only covered the basics (hahaha) I feel confident in the skills that I have learned. HTML, CSS and Javascript was the perfect place to start; watching elements, styles and functions come together to build pages was so exciting. From the outside, getting into tech can seem impossible, but the Basics course takes away all intimidation and makes "baby steps" fun, creative and motivating!

The responsive add-on was great to see what can be done (and perhaps experience some of the frustrations of working with) Vanilla CSS for layouts. Again another well set out workshop with clear instruction and a variety of challenges and projects to allow you to put into practice what you learn.

I enjoyed the course a lot. This one was a bit more challenging than others, but I did it well despite having a job. Matt is a great instructor and has clear pronunciation. The exercises keep everything interactive unless you're learning through videos. Taking these 4 level courses is just what you need if you don't have time all day. Plus the team is fully supportive and accessing the community in Slack is a huge bonus.
