The SheCodes Responsive workshop was, like the others, as interesting and challenging, but I had more fun in completing my final project and using the tools we learned throughout the weeks. I felt more confident in completing my Portfolio and put finishing touches to my previous projects. Even after weeks of following the workshops, seeing a project come to life, after hours of work, will always be satisfying and rewarding.
As a self-learner, I got a chance to learn a lot of new things through this course and this will indeed help me in my web development journey.
It was a great practice to get the skills of development responsive websites. I am very happy to complete another phase of learning to code thanks to SheCodes.

SheCodes workshops are best introduction to coding. I didn't know anything about codes or much about software in general before I joined the free coding class and by the end of it I was insipred to learn. At first I was hesitant to join but I'm glad I did because the basic workshop was broken down into simple manageable steps.
I am very grateful to have been chosen to do this workshop , I really needed this skills because I am in the IT industry so html, CSS and JavaScript are one of the requirements to get a good job and be able to execute tasks. The SheCodes Plus add-on is a great expansion to SheCodes Plus. I really enjoyed learning how to create a world clock app. I highly recommend the add-on, as it expands on the knowledge learned in the SheCodes plus workshop, and also helps you to create another excellent web app, that can be added to your portfolio.
I really liked learning how to code with SheCodes, at first I was a bit scared but after the first free hour, I realised that this could not only be a new passion of mine, but my future job.
During the SheCodes Plus Workshop I had the opportunity to build a weather app using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The experience was both challenging and fun, and I learned a lot along the way (Bootstrap, Github, API). The format of the workshop was excellent, and I enjoyed creating the weather app despite the difficulty. I found that Matt, our instructor, did an excellent job of explaining each element and function clearly, making it easy for everyone to understand JavaScript.
Great workshops that have been a heap of fun to progress through and I'd highly recommend. The projects have been integral to cementing the skills learned. I have no hesitation in recommending the course and if you apply yourself fully you will really progress quickly.

Learning how to build a weather app from Mat proved to be a steep learning curve. Analytical thinking and slowing down to break things into logical steps is a must-have skill for anyone wanting to be successful in writing code. Mat showed us that it can be done, and that coding is fun. If you want to learn the fundamentals of coding, you are in the right place.
The perfect workshop to start learning from scratch. The structure of the program and the teaching methods are well thought out. Information is presented gradually and dosed, and therefore it is assimilated easily and without haste. My subjective opinion: a wonderful start that fuels interest in further study.
I never ever thought that I would be embarking on a journey to coding. I must admit it was terrifying in the beginning that I kept on postponing my start date until I gathered enough courage to 'bite' the proverbial 'bullet' and 'jump off the (coding) cliff', only to find out that I actually do enjoy it a lot! With limited experience in the world of technology, I was only surprised and delighted to discover that it was very satisfying and such a pleasure to have learned it, especially under the expert tutelage of Matthieu Delac. I would encourage women to try it out and see for themselves. I personally have discovered how engaging, challenging and very useful coding really is. Like anything, practice makes perfect, and that is up to me. Thank you SheCodes! I applaud you for making this accessible to many women around the world who otherwise would not have had the courage or opportunity to learn it.

The Basic Workshop was well-structured and easy to follow, even for someone like me who had no prior coding experience. Although I still have a long learning journey ahead, I was amazed at how quickly I was able to understand the concepts and start building basic websites. As someone who's just getting started with coding, this add-on course was exactly what I needed. It covered all the fundamentals of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and the final project that I worked on was really helpful for reinforcing what I learned in the Basics course. I really appreciated the structure of the materials and the content was engaging. Overall, I feel much more confident in my coding abilities now than I did before the course.

SheCodes is really the best way to learn to code. The video explanations are easy to understand and easy to follow. Having finished the Basic workshop, I saw how the team really thought of the smallest things that would help the participants in their learning journey. They provided all these additional resources which are very useful to beginners: cheatsheets, tools, fast support from the team, and access to a community of learners, etc.
This course has lots of practical challenges and information about react which are necessary to start journey about React and I have learned a lot about them, Really I want to continue to code as a front end developer.

I really loved the workshop! Everything was explained really clearly and it was a lot of fun to learn. I would totally recommend it for everyone who is curious to try coding. I had no knowledge at all but even only the basic workshop gave me confidence to stay on the path and pursue a career in this field. It is still a way to go but this definitely got me hooked and excited to explore coding.

I was excited to find SheCodes as a woman with an interest in coding. Now that I've finished their program, I can confidently say that it has been one of the most enjoyable and stimulating experiences of my life. we all know that learning to code wasn't that easy especially for a newbie, there were times that I felt stuck, but SheCodes team is there to help. What makes SheCodes enjoyable is how they have organized the lessons. The program is designed in a way that the material is broken down into manageable and easy-to-follow pieces, with each lesson building on the previous one. The pace of the program is set perfectly to be challenging enough to keep the learner interested, without being overwhelming enough to make them want to quit.

The lessons were explained very well with examples. It didn't feel intimidating at all. The challenges after every new lesson enhanced my learning experience and spiked more of my curiosity in adding more features to projects. The SheCodes responsive course is great, but the add-on is a less desirable experience. The videos are easy to follow but not challenging enough. The course becomes repetitive. But learning is always present.
I loved learning to code and cannot wait to apply my new skills to my current position!
