This add-on project really helped with practising the skills you have already learnt. Also having the project being a landing page gives a great opportunity to compare how much you have learnt since your first project with SheCodes.
Thank you SheCodes for creating these coding workshops which are fun, interesting, flexible and easily achievable by investing just 5-6 hrs per week of my time. I attended the free coding class that was presented in a way that even a non-tech person like myself could easily grasp, sparking my interest from the very beginning. I then enrolled into their basic workshop that made me realise that I am really enjoying this stuff and can make this as career option too(some day☺️). I recently completed SheCodes Responsive and I really enjoyed learning through the tutorial videos and hands-on practice exercises. SheCodes Basics was a great intro to web development. I had some prior experience and still managed to take away knowledge that I didn't have or learned certain things are done the way they are. If you're looking for a start into the world of web development, SheCodes Basics is absolutely the way to go.
Creating a weather application was not so easy but certainly fun. Vanilla js is quite difficult but I've learned a lot and can recommend this workshop to anyone who's seeking to improve their skills

Learning about API's and how to host a website was one of my highlights during the course as it gave me an insight to how weather apps can forecast the weather for the week and finding the temperature of different cities. This was incredibly fun ! I really enjoyed learning this new technique, and the course makes it look so easy! As someone who enjoys front-end a lot this was incredibly satisfying. I did She Codes Plus before coming back to this add-on and honestly I really loved the Java part as well, it's incredible how SheCodes helps you become increasingly more comfortable with complicated techniques without you even realising it!

Learning React was challenging at times! It is like making a million Jigsaw Pieces and then putting it all back together to make one large whole puzzle Lol. But I had a lot of fun and enjoyed Learning React. I can't wait to learn more about React and build more React projects in the future!
Where do I even begin? At this point I already calling myself a full stack developer because this is my end goal and with the rate we are learning with our President Matt it is going to be possible in a space of six months only. With the SheCodes Basics course you start from a beginner and by the time you get to your final project, you will be knowing a lot. I found my home in SheCodes.

The course has a well-structured layout, beginning with the fundamentals of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript . As a learner, I found the coding exercises and practical projects to be extremely helpful in reinforcing the concepts and maintaining my engagement throughout the course.
This class was definitely a doable and challenging at the same time. Although it lets you be your own boss this class required lots of time management and independent learning. Matt has done his best to explain topics.It was definitely a fun and selfish liberating class. I would definitely recommend this class to anyone interested in working as a front-end engineer.
