SheCodes Plus was very informative and exciting, the weekly homeworks were a great way to challenge me, and with the help of the step by step instructions from Matt and the SheCodes Team, I learnt a lot more. I would definitely recommend this to others!

The class as a beginner helped me take a big step forward and was very educational and fun at the same time. The first time coding was brought to my attention, I thought to myself that it was going to be extremely difficult. Since, I am a person who loves a challenge, I went for it. When I decided to use SheCodes as my learning platform, I was nervous. But, after the first lesson, I knew I made the right decision. Matt's teaching style is definitely very clear to understand and follow. Especially for individuals who have never seen coding before. In the 2nd week, I started to doubt if I could really do this or not. And this was because I caught myself getting stuck on challenges. I started to feel intimidated. After reaching out for help from other students and SheCodes staff, I gained my confidence and excitement back. Coding so far is fun and very interesting. After completing SheCode's basic workshop, I know without a doubt coding is for me. I look forward to learning more programming languages, techniques, and skills with SheCodes!!
The add-on projects are a fun way to refresh what I learned in the original workshops while still building my portfolio.
I loved how SheCodes had short videos that didn't feel overwhelming and you could watch at your own time. There is always help available when you need it but I think when your code is not working and giving you the result you want, trying to figure out what is wrong helps you learn better! Matt is a great instructor that makes coding really fun and exciting. Would definitely recommend this course!
I had so much fun making my weather app and I learned so much! Matt is such a good teacher as well and was able to keep me interested even when the lessons got challenging!

SheCodes basics was a good way to revise the few things I had learned here and there with HTML, CSS, and Javascript. It solidified my basics and I learned new things too. The videos are clear and easy to follow, and it gives me a lot of motivation to continue learning. The deadline given for every homework is a really good way to stay motivated!

The SheCodes basic course gave me confidence that I could excel in a programming course. The course has a good structure, with videos, explanation and exercise, so you can put everything you learn into practice. The team ia always quick to help and answer your questions, which make the learning process much more enjoyable and easy.
I came into this program knowing nothing about coding and was scared I wasn't going to understand any of it. The more I practiced and the more research I did the more I understood what I was doing. The lessons explain the languages we learned very clearly, Matt does a great job in explaining each lesson. I'm excited for this career path I'm taking and can't wait to start with the other workshops and build on my coding skills.
This was a super cool experience! I always found it difficult to learn CSS and JavaScript, and SheCodes made it straightforward to learn.
SheCodes makes learning really fun with a great balance of theory, practicals and code-a-long videos. I've found that the structure of the lessons has helped me to pick up concepts quickly and you do feel you have achieved something each week with the homework tasks. I've also picked up lots of tools and tips that aren't necessarily taught in other self-learning platforms I've tried.
When I showed a friend my project, asking for feedback, she dropped her jaw and said "I never imagined that I would know someone capable of doing these things, for me it's something out of a movie!" - and this is exactly how I feel. I never thought I would be able to learn to build something so complex in such little time... and it's just the start!
I am excited to be continuing my SheCodes journey and can't wait to learn more things to help improve my portfolio.
I learned a lot of really cool things in this course. The lessons are easy to follow and very informative along with the challenges. Its great to be able to practice after the information you've been given. Of course it can be frustrating at times but the satisfaction and happiness you feel after you finally figure it out is so liberating. I highly recommend this workshop if you are at all interested in learning something new. I'm very excited to learn even more!!
The entire program was definitely not what i expected. The course was so exciting, I'm really grateful to have had the opportunity to learn coding with SheCodes.
I loved learning how to code with SheCodes and it was really fun! Matt explains everything really well so it's not difficult to understand even for the absolute beginner like myself. When I first saw SheCodes I was immediately curious. The fact that it is focused in women was of particular importance to me. I tried the Basics workshop and managed to do it all in 1 week, even working full-time during the week. In this short period, I feel I learned the basics of building a webpage and was super invested in the final project. Now I am super looking forward to the next phase.
The course is very interesting and full of information. Most importantly, from the technical side, how much new, interesting and useful I have learned and already know how to do! And it's all thanks to SheCodes Responsive. The Responsive skill is perfectly formed.

Because of how Matt explains everything in the videos and the tips he gives us throughout, I am feeling more and more comfortable with coding. I feel like I am learning to write code and things about what the market expects from a developer.

SheCodes just changed my life for the better. I am a former secondary teacher who has pivoted into the tech world. However, I knew I desired to further my tech skills and make myself competitive in the technology industry. When I signed up for this course a week ago, I didn't fathom that I would fall in love with coding. I felt like I was playing a fun yet challenging game. I have finally found my passion. The perfect add on to the Basics course! I completed the Basics course about a year ago and through simply reviewing the videos and following along with the code I had already built, it was super easy to jump into this Add-On course. You learn new content that builds on the content from the Basics course that isn't super overwhelming and Matt does a great job breaking down each line of code, step by step so that you are able to follow along while manipulating your own code. can't wait to start my next course!

This workshop is really fun and challenging. I gained a lot of knowledge and was able to learn how to code at my own pace. I love how I was able to get extensions when on the homework when I felt I wasn't getting the material. These extensions help me with not feeling pressured or rushed to know how to code and I was able to produce an accurately working application.
I thought this was a great introduction to HTML, CSS and JavaScript. It was presented well, easy to understand and broken down into bite size chunks that helped me move forward and grasp the basics fast. I look forward to learning more.
Have had the most challenging yet exciting 3 weeks of my life. Having to balance between working and learning, it was tough but thank God for the schedules and deadlines because they kept me in check. Finally, Matt, our tutor he is the best. His teaching technique is so encouraging for beginners like me and I'm eternally grateful. Also, the resources like Slack have been a great help in my learning journey. So excited for the next step!

I started this course without any IT -background, my knowledge was really basic, but I enjoyed every minute of this Workshop, it was easy to understand and I think it is a great first step into the world of coding. I loved diving a little deeper into the world of front-end developing! This course does a fantastic job of building off the foundational concepts from the basic course and advances your understanding of how HTML/CSS/JS all interact with one another. It was definitely challenging at some points, but Matt does a great job of breaking down his thinking process to help users learn and grow.
I'm glad I found the SheCodes. This workshop was difficult, but Matt made it very easy to understand. It was interesting to learn advanced Javascript, use API and make a search engine. I definitely learned a lot from it, can't wait for the next challenge!
