I enjoyed furthering my knowledge of HTML and CSS! As well, learning Responsive, SEO, and FlexBox has proven to be helpful and gives more options so you can code projects how you like!

This is a great course. Matt walks you through each step and builds upon what you have learned in previous lessons.

My goal was achieved - thanks to the course, I was able to finally learn how to work with HTML, Java and CSS. And it brought me one step closer to my dream job.

I am a stay at home mom (working part time in a shop) and this was my first experience with coding. I absolutely loved doing it, especially with Matt and his way of teaching it. By giving me the time to understand (often going back to listen and watch the video again) I could apply what he just explained. I feel very achieved in going from 0 to the simple webpage I created, handing me the confidence to learn something new! Thank you :)

Great course for learning coding from the very beginning. All the content was made in a very clear and easy going way. I never had studied coding before and was not difficult to understand how it works. Great course for learning React from scratch. The material is presented in a very accessible way - from the basics to more complex tasks. Interesting homework assignments and a final project that help you learn new material. Highly recommend.

I did a lot of research on tech courses before doing the SheCodes workshop and I am glad I choose it! Matt makes it pleasant to learn how to code on your own time. For sure it would be nice if everyone had time to invest in a new skill, but we are all busy so the purpose of the workshops - that is not extremely pushy - is great!

SheCodes is a great first step into the world of coding. This workshop is well-explained and well-structured. It was interesting and I am excited to continue learning!

I created multiple websites using CMS but still learn a lot from this workshop. A responsive website is really important esp now people browse more and more via mobile compared to desktop, so responsiveness is really the key ✨

The videos are easy to digest and the content is explained very well. It's like having a 1 on 1 learning experience, but with classmates and tutors available when you need some extra help.

I never thought learning how to code would be so clear. Always thought it was going to be very hard to understand but SheCodes is designed so you learn in a dynamic way and creating your own projects at the same time. Amazing!

Amazing class. I always though coming from a non-tech background, learning to code will be extremely difficult but going through the basic class at SheCodes helped me to learn easily and also practice with some degree of confidence. I can first hand 100% recommend Shecodes to anyone looking forward to be a great developer but has no prior knowledge. I have been to several online coding programs but have not succeeded in completing any and this is because they’re not beginners’ friendly like most of them usually claim. I cannot stress enough how helpful Shecodes has helped me to explore something that I always thought I wasn’t smart enough to do. Thanks to our instructor, Matt Delac, for being so passionate about what he’s doing and being so willing to share his knowledge, in a way that is really fun to learn and very accessible. The analogies he used made it super easy for me to understand the complex processes. looking forward to attending another workshop soon.

Everything is very well explained and the challenges are fun to do. It has been quite intense with a lot of new things to learn, but the progresses are rather quick to be visible.

I really enjoy it and it's something that I would come back to. I love how I can be at my own pace and I learned more things than a few workshops that I did.

Everything is explained in very clear and systematic way. I am very satisfied. It has been quite intense with lot of new things to learn. I got general idea, and understand how code has been built when I watched the video, but I am not sure would I be able to do it by myself from beginning. It would take lot of practicing. I can't believe how much I've learned in such a small space of time with SheCodes Plus. A great course done in a really accessible way to help those understand the basics of JavaScript.

This last workshop (React) was a tough one. But when you get the hang of it, it becomes a lot of fun. I would definetly recommend SheCodes, because it gives you a great roadmap to learn pretty advanced techniques. I have learned a lot and had fun while doing it. This is a great introduction to the world of coding to see what it is about for me as a healthcare worker. It definitely sparked interest to continue this journey. The program is interactive and manageable to learn lesson by lesson. Not overwhelming like some of the other courses. Love that there is a community of shared interests.

Personally, I find SheCodes React was the most challenging lesson especially the Dictionary App Project. But, the beauty in this is that there's always a room for learning and improving your skills. I always feel motivated to find the solutions for each challenges given in the lessons and aim to provide a creative and user-friendly app . I've tried to start learning to code several times, including in university. None of it ever seemed accessible to me. This course very much helped me see that not only was coding not dry and uninteresting, but could be creative and fun!

Once again, I'm very happy with this workshop and also with my final project! All the lessons are very easy to follow, and the project is very motivating. I highly reccomment this workshop to anyone who wants to learn to code!

This course has helped me improve my understanding of JavaScript, which is the coding element that I was struggling to wrap my head around. I feel really proud of my final project and would never have thought I would be able to build, having only learnt to code for such a short time. I found more confidence in using Visual Studio Code, CodeSandBox, Git and GitHub, and I also found the SheCode team very helpful on slack if I needed guidance. I'm now looking forward to the following two courses.

This training was incredible! At first, I was very intimated at the thought of coding, I never understood what I was looking at. But after enrolling in this course, I have learned so much! I took the course to improve my digital design skills as this is the field I love and thrive in. I studied computer science in college about two years ago but eventually dropped the classes because I felt I couldn't understand or keep up with the materials.
