SheCodes is a top platform for women who want to get into coding. After three weeks, I've already learned so much about the basics of coding, it's just great and interesting! I'm looking forward to what awaits me.

As a newly qualified teacher in this adapting world, I knew I needed to develop more digital skills. I aim to one day create a tool that can help teachers plan lessons more efficiently, meaning less time focused on tedious typing and more time that can be dedicated to making high quality lessons that will benefit both teacher and learner. With the help of the SheCodes Foundation, I was able to complete the SheCodes Basics course and see my vision so much more clearly.

I really enjoyed the Add-on project. I started the course straight after finishing SheCodes Basic. This was a good because I was able to repeat all the basics that I just learned whilst adding a few additional tips&tricks to make everything look more cohesive.

It was so much fun to learn the ins and outs of coding in further detail through these projects. There were a few times I had to stand up and walk away from my computer, but the second I came back, it would click. There is a sense of pride in creating something from scratch that is functional in the end :)

I really enjoyed pushing my skills with this workshop. I learned how to create a second website without the cushion of Bootstrap, and really upped my design game!
I learned lots of new tips through the Basics add-on! With each new lesson it's getting more and more interesting. In the final project, I had the chance to showcase some of my own digital illustrations, which was really cool.🌿
Just wrapped up this cool HTML, CSS, and JavaScript course, and I gotta say, it was a blast! SheCodes Basic Add on has been so much fun! I have learnt how to make a website on my favourite Hobby and learnt lots of new CSS skills to improve the design of the website. I learnt how to use transformations on my photos and also learnt how to make my website have a dark mode using HTML class manipulations. This add on has also further improved all the skills I learnt in SheCodes Basics. I liked it a lot and can't wait to move onto my next course!
I recently finished the AI workshop, and it was an unforgettable experience. The workshop was well-structured, and Matt Delac could easily explain the content. I learned much about AI and feel confident applying my newfound knowledge to real-world scenarios.
In this workshop I'll learned how to create a functioning weather app by injecting real time data in my project using more complex javascript, API and hosting. It was 8 challenging and difficult weeks, but it's very satisfying when you're able to build a complex project from scratch using quite advanced and sophisticated techniques.
I had a blast learning how to code from the scratch. I had so much fun building a weather app, it was exciting to see how i could use my coding skills to create a practical and interactive app. Seeing my work come to real life was incredibly rewarding!
I watched a lot of tutorials on the internet, and all of them would go on and on about every little detail that is on coding. but I think what I learned about this course is that coding is more of searching and after that coding. None of the tutorials would emphasize on this matter that you should learn and move on, because after learning much more of your time would go on testing and spending time to try on.
I'm incredibly grateful for my experience with SheCodes! SheCodes made learning to code enjoyable and accessible. I'm amazed at how much I've learned and accomplished through the program. SheCodes has equipped me with the skills and confidence to pursue learning.

At first, when I started the course I felt very intimidated and scared of coding. This was my first time coding and I was scared of not understanding the jargon.It looked impossible to learn it in 3 weeks but I did it! This course is very beginner friendly, it broke down every single detail to beginner level. The homeworks they give you also help you to practise what you are learning which also help you build your confidence when it comes to coding. I am very happy with the progress I have made in this course and it made me excited to learn more.

Learning the basics was much easier than I anticipated. The ability to work at my own pace and utilize self-guided resources made the process more manageable. I discovered that keeping solutions simple is essential. Overcomplicating things is unnecessary; practicality is key.

This workshop gives a big learning experience for me. Before joining this workshop, I had a few opportunities to build a website from scratch and also using existing template available. However, I did not have a strong foundation in coding before and I would always need to google in order to be able to solve some task. After completing this workshop, being able to learn and complete a project, I have gained so many knowledge and explanation on things that I did not understand before. I am really grateful to be joining this workshop and gained so many input which can further be used in my upcoming works and projects. 🤗🤗

Starting the SheCodes Plus workshop was difficult at first, but in the end it was worthwhile. Unlike previous workshops, learning JavaScript was not for the faint of heart. After a few classes, the language, which had once seemed intimidating, began to make sense. The challenge revealed how important it was to stay resilient, and success hinged on persistently engaging with the material. SheCodes Plus may be tougher, particularly for people who are not comfortable with JavaScript, but the journey is marked by moments of clarity and accomplishment, turning it into a rewarding experience.
Good to learn more about AI and how we can use it to are advantage as long as we are very specific in our instruction to it.

Yet again a wonderful experience! The challenges this time were more difficult, but I still had lots of fun completing them. My favourite part was learning about JS templates, as it massively reduces repetition and makes my code look much cleaner. A big thank you to the SheCodes team for the wonderful course! :)

Constructive course to learn more about how to code with loads of tools, explanatory videos, and practical exercises that allow you to understand the logic behind the code. In case you get stuck you also have AI tool and Slack team assistance to ensure you do the challenging task.
I already knew some very basic HTML but didn't think I could learn anything beyond that. Even without much prior knowledge, the instructions were easy to follow. I'm incredibly proud of the final result.
