A challenging but extremely fulfilling next step on my journey of learning to code. A fairly big jump from Shecodes Basics but, again, I'm just so glad a course like this exists! Re-coding the same web app from scratch in the final two weeks was an excellent way to cement the knowledge of everything learned along the way. One of my favourite things about this course was actually its 'imperfections'... Matt making mistakes and still including them in the final recordings helps give a realistic view of the process of coding - no better way to learn than from mistakes! The Shecodes slack was incredibly helpful when something wasn't working out too. Thank you 💜

My fascination with technology and the desire to deepen my understanding of it were the initial sparks that ignited this adventure. Yet, what carried me through was not just fascination—it was a gritty resolve to grow beyond the person who first looked at the bootcamp options and wondered if they were in over their head. From day one, it was clear this would be a marathon, not a sprint. I tackled each challenge with a mix of determination and humility, and SheCodes makes it easy to take the feat head-on.
