Though SheCodes plus was challenging because I finished the course after 4 weeks of my expected day of completion but it an amazing journey. I love the way the lessons were broken into smaller but understandable parts. I look forward to SheCodes Max.

Completing SheCodes Plus was a great experience. I deepened all the knowledge and topic reviewed in Introduction to Coding. Creating my own weather app from scratch was really a amazing and lovely journey of growth! Thanks to the team for always helping when I needed it more!

I really loved the workshop! Everything was explained really clearly and it was a lot of fun to learn. I would totally recommend it for everyone who is curious to try coding. I had no knowledge at all but even only the basic workshop gave me confidence to stay on the path and pursue a career in this field. It is still a way to go but this definitely got me hooked and excited to explore coding.
SheCodes Plus has definitely been more challenging and demanding compared to SheCodes Basics. I however, loved every step, every lesson, and every task. Thanks again to Matt and the Slack Community for the immense help and patience. I had so many questions during the course and surprisingly most had been handled on Slack so it made my leaning experience easier. Finally, the joy and feeling of accomplishment after completing a small task or the weekly exercises and more so the project....I can't explain it! You need to experience this yourself😊🤗. I 100%recommend this course.

at first when my master introduced SheCodes for learning programming I was kind of disappointed to myself because I was at the 4th grade of university and should pass the final project and still didn't do even a mini project. after I tried enrolling the SheCodes Basics workshop and struggling with my code bugs as I had dozens of them, I succeed find a great and cool skill but in the lovely way with SheCodes! and I am eventually thanks this website cause it cares about women jobs and highlight them just as they deserve.
Matt made learning very easy and enjoyable. The videos were short with relevant information which made it easy to finish them and perform challenges. All in all I loved the program and I'm ready for the next workshop!

Project Completed! I am so exited that I have now finished SheCodes Responsive! My first multipage website of many to come is done. This program was challenging in such a new direction. I loved becoming familiar with Bootstrap and GitHub to see everything come together slowly but surely.

I just finished the Shecodes Pro and it was an amazing opportunity for me to dive into the programming world, and I learned a ton! The course content was really easy to follow and covered a lot of essential topics. Matt is a great intructor, and the support team was always available to answer my questions, which made learning a lot of fun. The hands-on approach was super helpful, and it gave me the confidence to take on more complex projects. Shecode showed me that coding is for women too, and that it can be a pink and colorful world! I loved how inclusive and supportive the course was, and it really gave me the confidence to pursue coding as a career. You all are doing an awesome job breaking down barriers and making tech more accessible to everyone.

I loved getting comfortable with React a second time around. As I am building my portfolio, I am realizing how much I have enjoyed making my Add-Ons projects! I can just see my progression with coding and can't wait to learn more and more!
I have learned more in 3 weeks about coding than I did when I was in college. I love this workshop.
I love how Matt teaches by first showing how to do one or two simple steps and immediately afterwards, the student can practice. The homework requirements were great to keep me on track and apply everything I learned that week to test whether I truly did understand what was being taught. I highly recommend this workshop!
I didn't know anything about coding. Now that I finished my 3-week course I am confident I will be able to learn more quickly in the future and start a new career I will love soon!

I am 25 and a stay at home mom. I came across SheCodes on a social media platform. I really appreciated that they had a free 1 hour class to discuss what they do, how they work, and how easy it can be to learn coding, through them. Being a stay at home mom has its difficulties, and I really appreciated that it wasn't time consuming. It did still take a lot of effort, but I finished the basic course, and really LOVED my entire experience. I have now completed the plus course, I truly feel I have found a love for coding and am excited for the opportunities it can bring me and my family. I can't wait to see what's to come after this. Loved this one! I struggled s little in the last course but this made me understand all the things I thought I had missed.
I have always been curious about coding as I love languages as well as math and logical thinking and I was wondering if it could go together. Turned out that I love the combination and really enjoy the creative component as well. Being able to build something from scratch is quite powerful 💪 I am happy that I am discovering new passions during my sabbatical and am considering making this my new career path. It was definitely a valueable intro experience.

I loved learning about responsiveness in websites and SEO compatibility. It was a very instructive journey and it really showed the way the workflow goes and exactly how app-building works. However, I did not enjoy it quite as much as the others, it is the first time I found workshops repetitive. Perhaps it is needed due to the topic but I was about 2% less enthusiastic. Still would absolutely recommend.
I just finished the SheCodes Basics workshop and I'm thrilled with the experience! The curriculum was well-structured and Matt made it super fun and easy to understand. The assignments were very enjoyable and helped me solidify my understanding of coding concepts. I'm now motivated to continue with SheCodes Max and expand my coding skills, as this workshop made me realize that my interest in coding goes beyond it being a hobby and that i would actually love to pursue development as a career!

I enjoyed the three week basic course. It was a nice introduction to coding. I will say that I am glad I had taken some free HTML and CSS courses. It doesn't go as in-depth as I would have liked. But, it is a great intro and I loved the projects!
I always want to stay updated and know the latest technology. When I found "SheCodes" I got very interested to dive deeper and learn working procedures, devops, backend development, which could be difficult to learn on our own, but even during this first, basic course I have been able to push my limits. I really love that I'm part of a team, that I have someone that is reviewing my work, that I am able to ask questions, that I get very good at debugging (since I also can help other student's with their problems through Slack) and the lesson setup with just right amount of information to get me going on the right track. I'm looking forward to the next workshop.
I like learning new things. I never knew I would learn and love coding. I was able to learn and create a simple website in 2 weeks. I would definitely see myself doing this as a job. Really enjoyed the three week basics course. The course has given me a nice introduction to coding and allowed me to decide whether coding was something I wanted to continue with - without committing to spending a small fortune on something I wasn't initially sure about. The classes were straight-forward, and I love having the solutions tab to show me what I could have done better (or a different perspective on how to complete the challenges). The only negative is that I thought my final project would be checked before certificates were processed, this doesn't appear to be the case - you could literally copy and paste your project from Matt and still 'qualify'.
I never thought I would be able to write a line of code and make it functional, but SheCodes made me believe. I loved the experience, the videos in each lesson are very enlightening and the practice exercises are great. They are not exact copies of the examples given in the lessons, which makes it all the better to practice. Step by step, Matt makes you able to build something. I can't wait to continue and sign up for a new workshop!
This was an awesome dive into coding! My biggest compliments to Matt for creating such a cool corner of the internet! I loved being able to go at my own pace but however have the consistent encouragement to stay on track. This program got me so interested in Coding that I joined a live coding bootcamp in Manhattan. I’ve been working in retail, healthcare , and in Customer Service since I’ve graduated college. I currently work at a call center as a Customer Support Specialist and I was in desperate need of a career change. I was hesitant of making a big transition into coding until I gave it a shot to see if I would like it. I tried SheCodes and discovered a love and interest in coding.She code definitely helped me overcome imposter syndrome and gave me the confidence to want to learn how to code. I appreciated the flexibility or learning at my own pace and having workshops that are detailed and break concepts down to where it’s easy to follow along.I’m now going to focus on learning how to code to become a front end developer one day.
