Every workshop just gets better and better. I love React, it has got so much potential! If you like coding I would really recommend you to get all the way to the React workshop. As always, the course is organised very well and Matt is an excellent teacher! I give you a 10 out of 5!
I really enjoyed and had so much fun doing this workshop with Matt. I loved that the lessons were going step-by-step, it really helped to understand each element and their connection to one another. Also loved the challenges - although sometimes a bit frustrating, but was able to received help on Slack. Overall super experience, definitely would recommend!
Started with absolutely zero coding knowledge, and three weeks later I'm building a webpage from scratch! Absolutely loved the lessons from Matt and I'm looking forward to building on my new skills with more.

This is a great beginner workshop for learning how to code. Each lesson has a good amount of information to be challenging but not overwhelming. I would love to learn more about coding now that I've completed this workshop, so I can create more interactive websites and systems.
I had so much fun with this course! I wasn't sure what to expect, but I think I've fallen in love with coding. :) I never realized the amount of creativity that goes into this. I can't wait to move on to the next courses so I can continue learning.
Matt is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in this field. This class is a sprint to the finish. I loved that the videos are always there to re watch when you don't quite understand something.

I was second guessing in taking this workshop because I felt the need to actually be in a class with a real professor, but I took the chances and took the Basic Coding Workshop and I absolutely loved it! I love SheCodes! I recently graduated with a B.A. in Digital Media with a focus in Web Design and I felt very unprepared for the world, I didn't have a good foundation! SheCodes filled in all the blanks I had and it was very easy to follow along and it made me enjoy coding!

Really loved the Plus React courses. Found them a bit tougher but as always help was readily available and the videos fully explained all the concepts.
I started with SheCodes Basics and loved it so much I did not hesitate to sign up for the rest of the courses. Matt is an excellent teacher who explains everything step by step making it easy to follow along and then do the challenges.
I absolutely loved the course! Matt made even complex things easy to understand (even if English is not your first language) and the staff is always very helpful and responsive. It made me realise that I actually like a lot coding and that I could see myself working in this field.
I loved the Responsive course and the tools provided to create websites that are fully functional to any device. This course allowed us to apply the knowledge gained through the duration of the course into a final project: a personal portfolio. I am very happy with the final result and the next step for me is the REACT module 😊

The React course was a bit tougher than I expected, but I loved it anyway. I struggled a few times but it was good. Trying to fix the code and debug it, I learned to read it better and be more analytical.

This was my third workshop with SheCodes and I loved it! It's challenging at times but worth it, I have learnt so much and it has motivated me to keep learning, highly recommended!
I loved how this course is broken into smaller lessons and challenges after each lesson make it easy to practice what you just learned. I also really liked how you could work at your own pace. The short videos allow you to squeeze in bits and pieces when it's most convenient for you. Matt is a great teacher and provides excellent resources for you to learn where you're going wrong or how to research your problems. The Slack community is an added bonus. I can't wait to learn more in the next workshops!

SheCodes has been a challenging but fun experience. I never thought coding could be fun! I loved the challenges after each video because it allowed me to apply what I had just learned right away. This made it that much easier to retain the content. The clear video content, additional resources and tips along the way really helped me in completing the final project. I have tried to learn coding from different websites before coming here, but SheCodes is by far the best one. I've always been curious about how things are built and in this course, I gave a pick on how to create a website- and I loved it! I am a beginner to coding and I found the lessons easy to follow. I LOVE that the lessons are short and to the point and definitely not dry and boring at all! I enjoy the challenges at the end of each lesson to reinforce the learning and in addition, Matt will challenge you to do a little bit of research on your own. I was born and raised in Poland and I'm still living there today (with few years breaks here and there around the world). I went to the University in my hometown and received a Master Degree in Law and Language of Business. I've had many jobs over the years spanning different fields. I've worked in Law, Insurance, Marine Projects and Mechanical Engineering Industries, and as a pastry chef. I'm working currently as a Project Coordinator in eCommerce. I love collecting new experiences and travelling the world solo – and what I love the most is combining these two. I play the ukulele, cook(soft spot for cakes!), and never refuse to play a new board game in my spare time. I also try to defeat my scares of heights by rock climbing. Along with many other interests, I have also had an interest in coding for years to improve my personal and professional skill set. But I was always afraid that coding is gonna be too hard to learn. This course proof me wrong! Can't wait to learn more!

The past 3 weeks have been an amazing first step into coding. The way that the lessons are followed by a challenge, based on the lesson's content, allows you to learn whilst doing, which is great for absolute beginners like myself. I had never looked at a piece of code properly before this, so learning how to write it has been incredibly rewarding! I loved the flexibility the workshop provides. I was able to spend the first week completing the lessons and spend 2 weeks consolidating what I had learned and work towards my final project. The community and support you're given access to on slack chat is also a huge benefit of this programme. Not only can you access help when you need it, you're also able to share your journey with others. I cannot recommend SheCodes enough!
The lessons were easy to understand and concise. I really enjoyed going through each challenge and figuring out little hick-ups as they occurred. Lots of great resources and a lovely community.

I very much enjoyed my introduction to coding. The explanations were easy to understand and the challenges after each lesson helped to put my new knowledge into practice straight away. I loved coming up with a final project and make use of all the skills covered in the course.
