I have really enjoyed this SheCodes course. Matt is a great teacher, explaining everything in a way that makes it easy to understand and apply. I feel a real sense of achievement completing this project.
Creating a multiple-page website is no doubt, time-consuming and considerably needs attention, yet Matt took all the steps so nicely that we never took them as a burden. The portfolio project is a MUST project to showcase our skill set. And SheCodes made us do this in a pretty way.
SheCodes Basics was so much fun and was exactly what I needed to get my feet wet with coding! Matt is a great instructor and led me to be eager to learn more. The video lessons definitely stuck out for me and made it easier to digest the content, as well as the SheCodes community in Slack. SheCodes gave me a solid foundation of coding basics, I definitely recommend!
Really comprehensive and enjoyable add-on project to SheCodes Responsive - I really had the opportunity to challenge myself and expand my knowledge base with this project. I haven't had any coding since I finished the first basic course, yet I could come back to where I was supposed to for coding HTML, CSS, and JS! The revision part is always easy to miss so I loved that Matt always reminds us of the part we went through.

This is hands-down the best online workshop i have had. My instructor- Matt Delac literally broke code down to the simplest form. Every lesson took us on a journey, one step at a time, explaining in detail so that you actually understand every topic before moving on. I enjoyed the challenges after each lesson, it helped to gauge my understanding and prepare for the next steps. It was very interesting and i am glad to have participated.

I enjoyed how well-balanced the course is when it comes to learning the skill of coding while putting in the work. You would expect that just because you're learning on your own that the course would be easy, but I was wrong. This course has truly been the most exciting one I've taken so far. With Matt as the instructor, he not only shows you what he's doing, but he also takes the time to explain the reasons behind each step. Personally, I had been facing some challenges in grasping CSS concepts, but Matt's teaching style has really helped me make better sense of it all.

I honestly can't believe I've signed up, started and completed it SheCodes Basics already?! Time flew by so quickly & I wish there was more hahah! The format of the course & each lesson & class have been tremendously helpful & beneficial, allowing me to follow along with Matt & replicate what he's doing. Any time I face an error I can rewind to double check my work. Athena the AI has also been tremendously helpful resource! The team on Slack were AMAZING! And the open channels & communication really helped. I would search there as a first step and found that there were reoccurring mistake themes we all faced collectively; made me feel like I'm not alone ha-ha! I'm definitely excited to learn more
