I've really enjoyed the React workshop, it's definetly the most challenging one so far but once you understand the workflow it's even better/easier then using pure javascript. The hardest course thus far. React really tested my patience but Matt did a fantastic job working me through every week. React is very challenging but quite efficient and quick. But I got a good hit of dopamine after completing every weeks homework!

Well, this little AI project was fun. APIs and AI feel so complex and intimidating when you look at them; but once you know how to use them, they become very accessible. I liked following along with Matt as he worked through some of the more advanced aspects of CSS, HTML and Javascript.
This was a big step up from SheCodes basic but it challenged me in a great way. I think the last week could have been improved as you could tell we were rushing through the content and mainly copying what Matt did. Overall, I felt this course was really worth it and I have learned a huge amount.
The past week has been quite tough for me as I could not give my full time to coding. As the course has become more challenging with advanced topics, making coding more complex. I am learning slowly as I am still getting confused on some parts. I believe I can overcome this with the help of informative class videos by Matt. I would suggest my friends joining SheCodes as it provides more opportunities and add new skill set

Another workshop that taught me to much. I appreciate the flexibility to choose my own topic. I choose to create a website dedicated to pet rescue. Many of my family and friends are involved in or adopted from rescue groups. I wanted to showcase them so all the animals in the pictures were adopted/rescued/fostered by my friends and family. I learned how to embed social media into landing page which will hopefully increase the visibility of the animal rescue groups. I also learned about adding filters directly from the css which made modifying the images a bit easier to fit with the color scheme of the site. SheCodes Basics was challenging however the support from the slack team made the process 10x easier, back to back remainders made sure you got the job done . This workshop taught me alot , a basic website requires so much detail and precision. This is a skill i will carry with me for the rest of my life, i enjoyed every bit of the short informative and most definitely easily comprehensive lessons presented by MATT
