Matt is such a great teacher, he explains everything from stretch and makes you understand all the elements of coding languages and you don't need any coding background. I enjoyed SheCodes basic.
The program is quite nice, the teaching is very good, Matt delac teaching makes it easy to understand concept, I was able to build my first landing page just in two weeks
I highly recommend SheCodes to every woman interested in learning to code, the classes are asynchronous so you can fit them easily into your daily responsibilities, and Matt the instructor is an excellent teacher, I'm impressed with what I was capable to built after just 3 weeks thanks to very didactic classes. At times it was a tad confusing and even overwhelming, especially having no prior experience in coding. But the community here is always eager to help, and the resources online make it possible for you to keep pushing through! I enjoy Matt's teaching style and how he doesn't edit his videos to the point where he seamlessly eases through the lesson. Mistakes are shown and corrected, and that's what truly helps me learn!

I found SheCodes a year ago and join the free webinar. After taking the webinar I was scared that I wouldn't be able to learn how to code. Fast forward to now I decided to take a leap of faith in June. I signed up and I am glad I did. Matt is wonderful teacher. He really puts a lot of thought in to each lesson and I really appreciate that. I have been in the IT field for 2 years now and coding was one for the goals that I had made for myself to accomplish. Matt is an outstanding teacher! He is incredibly talented at simplifying complex concepts and at introducing the correct pieces of information sequentially in order to build foundational knowledge. Also, he has a very kind & soothing voice and demeanor. When listening to multiple hours of lectures, it's extremely helpful to enjoy the teacher's voice and personality. I've really enjoyed my journey so far with SheCodes, from the free introductory workshop allowing me to get an idea of what coding actually was, to now completing my basics workshop it's been great. I've enjoyed the SheCodes basics course way more than I expected - so much so that I plan to upgrade to pro! Matt is a great teacher and I love the format of short videos with embedded challenges. It's so much easier to focus and to practise skills straight away rather than watching long videos and trying to remember everything. Would highly recommend.
This was highly challenging for me, but Matt does a fantastic job explaining everything so well. Also, it felt like a support group because Matt would say " I know, I know, React is hard when it's your first time coming across it", so that was comforting. Great workshop; I really appreciated how Matt broke down all the concepts into more digestible "bits". I completed this add-on workshop in 3 days... some really useful hints and a great opportunity to put into practise again what I'd learnt in the original basics course.
