It was a good learning curve adjusting the code of my vanilla JS weather app to React. I built it with Vite since the suggested create-react-app has been deprecated, and the tutorial videos of this workshop haven't been updated in a few years it seems, so I wanted to try to learn up-to-date methods, which meant using React, Vite and Netlify documentation and YouTube videos to learn what I needed to complete this project in React.

I just select what I want, chuck it when I need it and continue with the following topics. I've learned a great deal in this course. The lessons were clear and concise, and the project was loads of fun to work on. I highly recommend this Basics course to anyone learning coding for the first time.
This course was a step by step guide to creating a landing page. The end project is a responsive website without using bootstrap. A great way to learn all the important elements with basic CSS and html - it's amazing.
