I've been studying a JavaScript course since last year but had to put it aside for personal reasons, and I've just recently picked it up again. SheCodes plus was quite challenging but I have gained more skills especially in vanilla javascript which has helped me build a fully functional weather app. I also really enjoyed learning about Github, API integration and hosting my projects on Netlify.

What a tough one but I am incredibly proud of the skills I've gained and applied in building my recent Python project, which successfully visualizes global internet population trends. This endeavor honed my proficiency in data handling and processing using the csv module, enabling me to efficiently extract and prepare raw data. I further enhanced my capabilities in data structuring, expertly leveraging dictionaries to organize complex information by continent for seamless access. The project culminated in my adept use of matplotlib.pyplot for data visualization, where I transformed numerical data into an insightful and professional line graph, demonstrating my ability to create clear, customized, and compelling visual narratives. Overall, this project significantly deepened my command of core Python fundamentals and reinforced my passion for data-driven problem-solving, it was not easy with so many breaks, but definitely worth it.

I just completed the weather app project from the SheCodes Plus workshop, and I’m so excited about what I’ve learned! I really enjoyed the React Add-On workshop. I learnt to build a fully functional dictionary, showing meanings, examples, synonyms and images related to the word. The project involved using APIs and react loops, also splitting application into different components to ensure they are clear, and easy to understand/manoeuvre. The project was a very challenging one, but the final results were amazing. It has taught me to be careful of details and information. From the planning to correcting and using resources, the code became a goal to achieve.

The SheCodes React Add-on workshop was a good continuation of the main React course. It helped me better understand how to work with multiple APIs in a single project. Building a dictionary app from scratch allowed me to practice organizing code and thinking through features more carefully. I feel more prepared to take on slightly more advanced projects on my own.

This workshop was an incredible journey. It was one of the most challengings sor far, which made completing the final project so fulfilling.
