I recently completed SheCodes Responsive and I really enjoyed learning through the tutorial videos and hands-on practice exercises. The course helped me understand the concepts and techniques behind responsive web design. I created my online portfolio to showcase some of my projects. Overall, I highly recommend this workshop to anyone who wants to improve their web design skills
This add-on really solidified my current coding knowledge and was definitely trickier with embedding images on to a website. The videos that Matt created made things a lot clearer and really helped when putting the final project together. Looking forward to the next course!

Learning React was a roller coaster ride with its highs and lows, but it was such a satisfying journey. The feeling of accomplishment after completing a project was extraordinary. I enjoyed every moment of it!

Learning React was challenging at times! It is like making a million Jigsaw Pieces and then putting it all back together to make one large whole puzzle Lol. But I had a lot of fun and enjoyed Learning React. I can't wait to learn more about React and build more React projects in the future!
Where do I even begin? At this point I already calling myself a full stack developer because this is my end goal and with the rate we are learning with our President Matt it is going to be possible in a space of six months only. With the SheCodes Basics course you start from a beginner and by the time you get to your final project, you will be knowing a lot. I found my home in SheCodes.

The course has a well-structured layout, beginning with the fundamentals of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript . As a learner, I found the coding exercises and practical projects to be extremely helpful in reinforcing the concepts and maintaining my engagement throughout the course.

One of the things I appreciated most about the camp was the emphasis on collaboration and teamwork with people all from different countries on slack. We were encouraged to work together on assignments and projects, which allowed us to learn from each other and develop our interpersonal skills.
I recently completed a web development bootcamp at a coding school, where I gained experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and various front-end frameworks. I have also worked on several small projects outside of school, which have helped me to further develop my skills and knowledge in web development. I’m proud to be a part of this brilliant women’s developer school.
I had so much fun building the travel project for the Responsive Add-on workshop. It's a real life project and I will definitely be proud to show it on my portfolio !

Learning with SheCodes was an absolute pleasure . My idea turn into beautiful and functional website that exceeded my expectations . The development process was excellent, and I was happy with my final project assignment.
Enjoyed creating a responsive webpage in this course. I utilized bootstrap for the final project, but I am thinking I might want to try again without it to challenge myself and also be able to customize the look of the webpage more.
This Responsive ADD-ON workshop was definitely challenging but pretty exciting! Working on the project along with Matt while he explains do's and dont's, and why's.... makes it really comprehensible and fun. Moving on to React! :D
I decide to make a step back and enrol in the Add-ons Basics Workshop to have one more project and improve my HTML, CSS and JavaScript Knowledge.
Before I began this course, I had no idea what HTML, CSS or Javascript were; but I just completed my first project using all three codes. Yay! This training is well designed for beginners to learn and understand. There are also good resources and interactions between Matt's team and the students. Interesting add-on project!
It was a nice and challenging journey. React wasn't very easy for me, but I'm happy I could manage to finish the project (and understand what I was doing in it, ha-ha). Matt was very clear in explaining everything. Will definitely continue to study coding.
I enjoyed the course, and especially liked that we were able to apply what we learned each week to different exercises and projects.

It was an amazing experience to build your weather app from scratch. Beginning with making a wireframe and improving every detail each week. Step by step you learn a lot of new and fun things, and every week's challenge keeps you engaged and interested. I had a really great time creating this project and learning lessons. Amazing course! After completing the SheCodes Basic Course, I feel much more confident in my coding skills and believe that I have improved significantly from a beginner level. I gained a deeper understanding of programming fundamentals and learned important skills that I can apply to real-world projects. The course was challenging at times, but the SheCodes team provided excellent support and made the learning experience enjoyable. I'm very excited to attend the next course in the SheCodes series and continue my learning journey.

I came across SheCodes Foundation after months of researching and looking for a bootcamp or workshop programme that will equip me with skills that will help me in my tech career and obviously securing a job. I'm already a month in and I am so happy for the choice I have made and I'm also excited for the upcoming workshops and projects.
The basics add-on workshop was slightly challenging for me but I'm grateful I took the time to take it and understand a little more about how HTML, CSS, and JavaScript can better flow with each other. You do learn a few new techniques that come in handy especially with the end project.

The learning base provided by this course fully covers the basics and provides an understanding of how React works. Thanks to the detailed video lessons, I understood everything and implemented it into the project. Consolidated the skills of working with Api and Bootstrap and have mastered React.
The Add-On was a great way to wrap up everything learned in the Basics. It even expanded on more coding techniques. I really am enjoying these workshops and the projects are fun !

The entire learning process was amazing! The challenges truly made a difference when it came to helping me understand further what I learnt from the lessons as well practicing for the technical skills I needed to tackle the final project.
Quick and simple! This add-on course was perfect way to focus in on one project for the week, in between two bigger and longer projects.
Being on the SheCodes Basics journey has been so exciting. All that I was looking for and more! There has been so much to learn in a short space of time. I have been learning from She Codes for the past month and it has been an invaluable experience. She Codes has given me the fundamental skills I need to start my IT career. Through their online tutorials, I have been able to learn the basics of coding and programming in an interactive, engaging way. The instructors are always available to answer questions and help me with any coding problems I might have. I have also had the opportunity to work with other students and participate in coding projects, which has been immensely helpful. Overall, She Codes has been an incredibly valuable tool in helping me gain the skills necessary to succeed in the IT field.

It is an amazing course, whichever workshop you want to go for. Even if you already know some coding this is the most fun and useful workshop to continue with. And if you have no experience in coding the SheCodes Basic workshop is (to my mind) the best way to start with. It requires nothing and at the end it leaves you with a project that is coded by yourself and you’ll be much more confident for the next levels and you have had a lot of fun and enjoyed the learning. It is so easy to allow and it step by step, with challenges to make sure you learnt the subject which is super helpful.
Had fun following all the steps, lots of new info. Would definitely try to make another similar project just to understand how it works.

I have always been intimidated to learn how to code. It always seemed too difficult to understand. I am glad I did my research and came across this program. I wanted to see how much I'd enjoy taking the Basics course so I signed up. I know there's still a lot to learn but I can see just how far I've come in using HTML, CSS, and JS. I'm really proud of my final project and even added in more features not required just to see if I could do it! I come from a heavy sales background so transitioning into this field may take more time for me to consider. Although I'm not sure where this will take me, I do feel confident if I ever wanted a developer career, that I'd be more than ready to take on a front-end role (as that still seems daunting to me at the moment). If you're unsure, at least give the basics a chance, especially considering the price point for the Basics program alone. It would be well worth it to explore this industry to make sure it's something you like or not.
Love how I can learn at my own pace, but still have accountability to get any homework or projects done before the deadline. Matt is great at breaking things down and simplifying things.
I absolutely loved that I could experience a whole development process with each lesson leading up to the final project. I admit there was a moment or two of despair, but you get there eventually 😁 Javascript is definitely challenging and I'm just starting to grasp it. SheCodes Plus has definitely shown me what I‘m already capable of!

I just finished working on my second React project after completing the Weather App. As I progress, I've noticed that my understanding of using React has improved significantly. I now have a better grasp on deciding when to create a separate component and how to effectively refactor my code within those components. It's been great to see my skills develop as I work on these projects.

This project was very challenging and i think the hardest for me but I'm happy I've done it well. I definitely recommend it because I got a great practice of working with different API's which is quite hard part of coding🙂
Everything clicked in this workshop series and I felt a dramatic level-upgrade in my ability. I used all of my new skills in my website for the final project. I am so proud of myself right now! It feels amazing to be using flex boxes and understanding when to use CSS classes versus bootstrap classes. I have created a portfolio website that I can continue to update and promote. I'm looking forward to the next SheCodes workshops : )

The SheCodes React Workshop was a solid introduction to React. I am excited to use React in my future projects. It's hard to believe I embarked on this journey 5 months ago and learned so much! I've been trying to learn how to code for the last year but couldn't really get the hang of it. I also wasn't sure where to start or what I should focus on as there is so much to learn. I finally decided to enroll in SheCodes and have really enjoyed the coursework thus far. It's very easy to understand and the projects are enjoyable to work through. It can be a challenge at times but once my work is done, I love being able to see what I've created.
This was an amazing project to learn and practice all my coding skills. I loved building the dark theme feature and I cannot wait to learn more in the next workshop. Thank you.

After completing SheCodes Basic Bootcamp, I must say that it was an incredible experience. I had always been interested in coding, but I was intimidated by the idea of learning it on my own. However, SheCodes made it easy and accessible. The course was well-structured, and the instructors were knowledgeable and patient. The lessons were broken down into manageable segments, making it easy to understand and apply the concepts. Additionally, the practice exercises and projects were challenging yet rewarding, providing ample opportunities to apply what I had learned.
