SheCodes Plus was definitely a challenge because of the amount of new knowledge and techniques that needed to be applied to the final project. There is definitely a lot going on during those 8 weeks of workshop. So it is always good to take the time to go over the videos and challenges several times to make sure it is all clear. But it was great fun building the weather app and playing with API integrations.
SheCodes Plus was a game-changer for me. Through their comprehensive course, I gained a better understanding of JavaScript, boosting my confidence in coding. With the hands-on project, I believe I know have solid skill set and the assurance to take on challenging programming tasks.
So far, SheCodes has been a great program to learn, apply, and execute effective coding practices using standard workplace coding software, VS Code! I enjoy that classes are self paced, allowing me to work on challenges and projects on my own time. They also provide various resources aside from Google, such as the Slack channel, to assist me whenever I'm stuck while coding!

I love this project-based learning approach. You can see the real-life application of what you are building, which makes it more fun to learn more about other features that you add to make it better. An ex airline staff, a mother of 3 with a long career gap wanted to pursue my career by doing a transition to IT. The project incorporated many of the skills required to build an actual website for a client. It was extremely helpful to watch the instructor, Matt, break down the project into smaller pieces. That in itself is a valuable skill when working on larger projects. It was rewarding to see that the website was responsive on multiple devices. Now I need to go back and make my earlier projects responsive!

This was a funny project, I made an AI vegetarian recipe generator with basic ingredients we can find at home. It is very basic but it is useful.
React was a remarkable course to complete. The course content was thoroughly structured and Matt provided invaluable insight into React development. This made things more understandable for me, and it also encouraged me to not give up. This React final project helped me consolidate my understanding and proficiency in React.

A great start in web development, you learn all the basic information you need to build your project. I found it great how it helps you visualize what the development process is like, as well as what to expect while learning. All errors faced in development were also handled and were not cut from the video, which helped me know how to handle issues that are inevitable while coding.
I absolutely loved the course. It is structured in a logical and easy to follow manner that allows you to learn about programming gradually and at your own pace. Week after week, the programe and exercises are very well structured so we keep on going! Just great :)
By no means was the Plus course easy to get through but I will say, it was 1 million percent worth it and as the previous Basics course proved, the lessons, challenges and projects were so amazingly put together! As challenging as it was, I really enjoyed growing my skills further and I can't believe I have been able to build my own weather app with a 5 day forecast from scratch after just 3 months of learning HTML, CSS and JavaScript - here's to more learning with SheCodes Max!

What an incredible adventure and accomplishment! I set out to complete the entire SheCodes Max program in under 90 days and did it in about 82 days! I currently work full-time as a high school Spanish teacher, so I dedicated nights, weekends, and holidays to my SheCodes training. Also SheCodes made it easy for having things like palettes and gradients,CSS brings life to the visuals although it requires A little more Practice because that was literally most of my struggle especially because I love good designs, and JavaScript OH MY WORD: it's literally the coolest even though I am so used to Java Annotations I managed to juggle around it from knowing an equal sign to being == to === Interesting. Also for years and years I have been using my laptop however I never knew the short cuts of using emojis , I will sure abuse it for days now, well That's just me But on the Reals now, HTML is pretty much straight forward the trick comes to making your visuals more Fascinating by using CSS...but Overall Matt Delac makes it easy and fun These technologies are the cornerstone of modern web development, and I look forward to exploring their endless possibilities in future projects.

It has really been fun doing this course, I have learned to build a whole weather app!. Very challenging but there has been a lot of support which has helped me not give up. I will definitely be using the stuff I have learnt to do other projects and hopefully land my job as a web developer.

The World Clock app is an interesting and fun add-on project to code. I especially love learning about Moment.js (what a lifesaver it is!) and incorporating new functionalities outside the project criteria to challenge myself. I was able to apply what I've learned from past workshops to code another awesome app!
The limitless potential of code has been evident to me since learning React JS; I'd love to try it on other projects.
It is very motivational to keep building your own projects and doing hands on coding along the way. The content is mostly easy to follow and if you have questions, the team is quick and helpful to answer and guide you. Now I really feel like I am able to create simple homepages on my own which is an amazing feeling and gives me motivation to imagine myself finding a career in this field soon!
During Responsive Web Development course I was impressed by interesting developing world. Learning about responsive design and implementing it in my final project was new experience for me, but so interesting. I explored new skills and technologies and provided it in my project.
I have learned so much since I started with she codes basics. I didn't have any coding background but I was able to complete my challenges and project, the lesson are easy to understand and I love that we are given solutions upon submitting of the challenges (html, CSS and JavaScript). This was is a great opportunity for me and I am really looking forward to learning more.
The addon project was really fun! Seeing the functionality work of the different time zones was challenging yet fulfilling. What a fun little project to do.
This was a difficult but highly rewarding project. Matt is a great instructor. My coding skills have definitely upgraded, and I can't wait to learn more.
That's an extra project with some additional info about the responsive design. It's very hepful to organize yourself specially with de @media quores and a really good practice with "classes" for all that!!
I really loved this project, as AI is everywhere currently, so it was interesting to see how I could incorporate it into my own projects.
