Taking SheCodes React without taking SheCodes Plus is possible, but it would take some time to catch up if you don't have any extra help.

The course gives step-by-step instructions how to start with React, create components, use state, fetch data using API. Matt is a great instructor, he explains every little detail and how things work in a simple way. I had a little problem with deployment, and SheCodes team helped via Slack channel promptly. The best course I have taken so far!
Very interesting course, react is definately a step up from what we've been learning so far. However, once you start to break everything down into components it all starts to make sense. Will definately be practicing some beginner projects on my own too.
This course is really awesome. It give me all the basic knowledges of react that I need to write a project.
React is an intense swap form Vanilla JS, but after the course React has become preference over Vanilla JS because after getting it down, it is a much more organized way to manage your JS. I am very appreciative for this course. Sad to be getting to the end of the workshops though!

Such a great workshop! It is key if you want to make your webpages responsive, aka good-looking in mobile devices, which is of course crucial if you want to become a front-end dev. As with the other workshops I've done so far, Matt explains everything in a completely understandable manner. I love how we can follow everything step by step, even what to do when we make a mistake! It gives us the necessary tools to do what we are supposed to with some confidence on the way. It's naturalness makes it more attainable. I also feel that little by little I manage to ask less for help, not because I know everything, but because I have the tools to find the answers I need by myself. I had an amazing experience creating my own React word dictionary app! Working with React allowed me to build a dynamic and responsive user interface, while integrating APIs for word definitions and image searches added a real-world functionality to my app. The step-by-step guidance and support I received while developing the app helped me gain a deeper understanding of React components, state management, and API requests. Matt puts everything we've learned from SheCodes Basic, SheCodes Plus, and SheCodes Responsive into two big React projects. It was challenging but also really fun to see my code come to life. If there is one thing I have taken away from this second project, it's that the best thing to do when one gets frustrated, is to step away for a few moments, relax or do something else, and when you return the answer often times just comes to you.
