Learning React is an exciting, continuous adventure!
This is the most challenging, tasking, and yet the best class I have had in a couple of months since I started my Front-End classes on SheCodes. I would definitely recommend this to the whole world because Matt Delac is a great tutor and I'm glad I completed my class on SheCodes. from beginner to know how the React components work and how to debug my codes. Thank you so much Matt for this wonderful start in my tech journey.
Thanks a lot for the information I got during this course. Itβs well-structured and gives lots of knowledge about React. Now I would need lots of practice to do things easier for me.

I started off 2022 with learning the basics of coding, creating a simple landing page using simple HTML, CSS and JS. By the end of 2022, I can now say with confidence that I am super comfortable with coding, having created a weather app using React! What a fun journey it has been; I have discovered a new hobby I never knew I would be able to even remotely understand. Thank you everyone at SheCodes! πͺ

This was by far the most challenging workshop for me, but I cannot believe what I was able to learn and create after just a couple of months! I'm proud of myself for this new achievement - the graduation of SheCodes React. The course material is really advanced. Despite this, thanks to the talent and diligence of Instructor Matt and the entire team of SheCodes, step by step, even this complex material has been sorted out. There is an understanding that there is still much to be learned ahead. But the whole cycle of SheCodes workshops gave me, the absolute beginner, solid knowledge, self-confidence and a desire to move on. I definitely recommend SheCodes program ππ»β€
Learning to code with SheCodes is incredible! You learn concepts in bit sizes, get to practice, have a great online community, and really feel you achieved something. Learning React demanded a bit more of my time and I had a few unexpected events along the way. Thankfully, the program is flexible enough with the possibility to extend the deadlines and it all worked out in the end. I truly recommend it if you are wanting to learn a language that is being widely used in the market.

Great workshop! I had some delays due to illness/moving/life in general, but I got it finished in the end (thanks to extensions!) and am very happy with the result. I love the style of teaching in these videos, and I'm excited to continue on to the next workshop when I have a little more time! I am looking forward to learning more about React and other in-demand skills.
This was a challenging but informative workshop. I enjoyed learning the difference between React and Vanilla Javascript.
This was a lot of work, but I do see how powerful react is once you but the time and work in and practice with it.

I knew nothing about React, but I learned a lot from this. I went through the videos and built my site as we went. Then, I tried altering the source code from Matt and building it. I got awesome results and learned a ton both ways. I'd recommend building the app multiple times with different methods for the best results!
React is a real challenge. Currently, I'm not sure at all that I am able to create any react app without Matt's videos. However, I'm happy it's done. Maybe, after some time, I will feel better to try my force in SheCodes challenges. Good luck and patience to everybody!
The additional project was really helpful to practice the basics of React and to get more hands-on experience with a real project. I enjoyed working on this application and can recommend adding this add-on to the SheCodes Pro workshops.

I had such a fun week during the Responsive add-on. I felt I was able to learn something very useful through the real life project which I really love to design, color etc. I can get more creative with these skills and enjoy coding everyday. I don't know what is coming for the React add-on weeks however, I believe I will be happy to learn more!
Just completed one more amazing WorkShop from SheCodes: React. It was new and challenging, I followed step by step Matt's lessons and then watched them again and again and redid the project few times but in the end I did it! Thank you for the great opportunity to learn and believe in myself.

This really was a challenging workshop, but I do see the benefits of using React and hopefully once I before more comfortable with it, I can make more great apps!
It was amazing opportunity to learn React features, in fact I will watch lessons again and again to try different ways to create app. If you want to become front-end developer - you need to learn everything step-by-step and move on without fears and do not give up! π
I've definitely excited about this React Workshop and about thinking that I can write working codes although I was almost null at the very beginning. This course is worth of time and efforts.
I have had so much enjoyable time learning react with SheCodes; I had tried to learn react with Youtube videos, spent months on them, not much of a progress or a good foundation I could get...and here, thanks to Matt and SheCodes Team, in nearly 2 weeks I could understand everything! Loved that we built the same app that we completed with J.S.; this way the differences got noticeable!

I really enjoyed learning React
With more practice through these lessons, challenges, and projects, I am feeling much more confident and comfortable coding. When I first started with SheCodes, everything was completely foreign to me, I was learning a new language. At this point, although still a challenge, it feels more familiar as I learn and absorb all these new skills. I am excited to move on SheCodes Reactive.
React took me longer than expected because I had another asthma relapse and was finally able to start my treatment, which meant a lot of traveling. Thankfully SheCodes has 3 forgiveness weeks where you can push back the course! This allowed me to finish REACT while being able to give myself time to recover! I loved that I was able to finish on my own time! SheCodes staff has been supportive every step of the way!
I learned a lot in this course. Learning react was not easy but it was worth it. Thank you for SheCodes team for helping me finish my first react application.
Awesome! Mind Blowing! Exemplary!! Never realised its been 6 months I am learning coding with SheCodes. Learning React with SheCodes was as always fun and very informative. I loved that everything was divided in many small and well-explained steps. I gained a lot of knowledge from this course, and although I know I only scratched the surface of React, the foundation that's given at SheCodes was impressive.

React was certainly more challenging but in a good way. You get to see the difference between each workshop. React is more complex but Matt guides you and explains every single step for the projects. You get to learn and understand the each step for the components and every code. Also, the slack channel also helps you understand and add any new code you like to add to your project.

I can't believe that I finally finish all the workshops from Basics to React in just a few months! React is one of the latest requirement for web development. I had a lot of fun working with React! It has been a long difficult but useful journey. SheCodes gives you a great impulse for the first step into coding.
I believe these past 5 - 6 months were like a rollercoaster. Till I was focusing on the structure and the design, it was easy, and enjoyed it a lot, when we dived into JS or react - I need to be honest with myself - I often just wanted to survive somehow. One thing is sure though, I learned a lot and developed my skills, let myself time and space when I got fed up, and got hungry for the knowledge of UX and design, so probably that is more for me. We are here to learn and get to know ourselves, so the mission is completed. I am grateful for the entire SheCodes team, thank you for your support!
I truly enjoyed to learn more from Basic Add-on as I was looking forward to the next subject to learn after React weeks finished. It was nice chance to go back to Basic weeks to refresh my memory with some fun challenges and project.

The React course was very interesting and well-structured. I enjoyed working on this course a lot and I will enjoy learning more about React in the future.
I found the React part really dificult. It went to fast and the videos Matt did, didnΒ΄t really match the source code from him. Also, I believe I could learn better and faster if we had had an easier final. Yes, I understand that the Weather App is a good way to go, but for me it was to dificult and complicated. There are sooo many things to think about and to understand in a short amount of time. I think that by doing it a bit easier and and fully understand what you are doing, will resolve in you leraning easier on your own later. Also, when it says that the forecast is volontary (in the final), thats says a lot to me. But, Matt is without a doubt a really good teacher, love his videos and I would recomend it even if I thought is was hard.
The React projects were the hardest yet but, as always, the content is delivered in a way that breaks concepts up into manageable chunks. It's so satisfying to see the project grow and things work after battling through such complex coding tasks! I've never been more proud of seeing a task through even though at times I found it very challenging. I'm glad to have had Matt's great videos and the SheCodes team available to help guide me when I was stuck.
Amazing workshop, now that I can use both Bootstrap and media queries, I feel unstoppable! I would recommend this course to anyone who would like to gain knowledge of responsiveness on different devices, especially using Bootstrap, which seems to be a skill currently in high demand. A massive thank you goes to the team and to Matt who's an amazing teacher! I look forward to learning React :)
