I think this is my best workshop so far because I can finally say Iβm a frontend engineer, after learning react, state hooks and building two applications using react and node. I loved every bit of it I must say. Thank you SheCodes, Matt Delac and the entire SheCodes team.

Such a great experience! React is not easy, it's very challenging and difficult to understand, But Matt Delac breaks it into small components, and it is easier to understand! This was my final SheCodes course, and probably the one I enjoyed the most. I had fun learning React and solving problems while working on my two projects. If I were to look back to when I started, I can appreciate how far I got and while my coding journey doesn't end with SheCodes, I'm happy it was a big part of my development into the world of coding. π©π»βπ» Matt explained the concepts clearly and I would definitely recommend the React course if you already enjoyed vanilla JS.
Now I can say that I started fully enjoying working with React. Thank you for this course, it was interesting and useful for future programming development experience as well. :)
Building the dictionary React App was the most fun I had throughout all my Shecodes workshops. As always, I got so much help from the Shecodes Team on slack that gave me the courage and confidence to break my code and experiment on my own without the worry of getting stuck and not finding my way out.
I have loved all the paths with SheCodes. It is so much fan and Matt has a nice way to teach coding, I am looking forward to taking the React course with SheCodes.

I really enjoyed all the SheΠ‘odes courses. The last one (React.js) was not easy, but still very interesting. I plan to continue making sites and work in this direction. SheΠ‘odes workshops were a very good start for me. Of course, you need to spend a lot of time on self learning, but with the course it is much easier.
Highly recommend this workshop to everyone! I find React more interesting and fun as I learn through the lessons. I've gained more knowledge about how React works with the advanced features. The workshop are definitely challenging sometimes but with all the resources and help that you can get from online and Slack, I find it very rewarding when I was able to figure out the codes and debug the errors.

I have had a great experience building Weather and Dictionary App. React is pretty advanced stuff and I spent hours finding the best appropriate solutions for the projects. The tasks were rather brainstorming and challenging. But I managed to cope with them. Thanks to SheCodes!

Another great learning process on coding in the React workshop. Getting to know different way of coding and gaining more knowledge of more advanced features. Quite challenging sometimes but with all the available resources, this made the self-learning process possible.

I love the flexibility around these courses, because I am working full-time and do my SheCodes coding in the evening and on the weekend. SheCodes React pushed my understanding of coding basics and allowed me to utilize the tools I'd learned in previous courses to create new and interesting projects. Classes were manageable in both time and complexity and I recommend to anyone who is considering a career in coding!
The course is very easy to follow and not too complicated to process the information. I like that even if you don't know how to make smth work you still need to investigate it by yourself first and only after that you can see the solution of the challenge. So probably it will stay longer in your memory. I can recommend it to people who want to get acquainted with React or want to transfer their projects to React. It's not a very deep React learning but a very smooth base.

SheCodes Responsive gave me a sense of becoming an actual web designer. As Matt provided the practical tools to build a website that is mobile friendly, I got to learn, practice, and actualize website development throughout the course. Since I have not touched on JavaScript, I am a bit concerned that I might have forgotten a lot of what I have learned previouslyπ₯ Notwithstanding, I am excited to move onto the next and the last course SheCodes React while solidifying what I have been learning with SheCodes.
This was my 4th SheCodes workshop and, just like the others, this was an amazing experience. It was my first time working with react, these courses are always a great way to start learning. You go step by step and, at the same time, understand the great power of each technology or tool.
SheCodes React gives you the necessary confidence you need to learn a very popular framework. It has been a long exciting journey, where I had the opportunity to build some amazing projects. The videos are easy to follow and you can test yourself with the challenges.
After 6 months of intense online workshop together I am at the end of my path with SheCodes React that add another milestone to rich me of knowledge about the coding world. This workshop was a helpful overview of React framework and much of what front-end development entails. I always felt like I was having a rough go of it, but when I casually speak to senior developers in person or online, I actually have an inkling what they are talking about. There's a very clear difference between day one and now and I'm pleased with the progress. SheCodes is the only program I've completed in full. I'll have to dig a bit deeper into JavaScript and React if I want to take this further. I'm glad I got to participate. My dad would think it's pretty cool of me, and I dedicate this entire process to him.

Although very trying at times, this course has been very valuable. When I began SheCodes Basics, I had no idea that I would enjoy coding as much as I have. I now have taken SheCodes React, the final course and it is unbelievable how much I have grown as a programmer. I will definitely refer others to this course.

The SheCodes React workshop was fun and challenging. It was a pleasant experience to turn the vanilla JavaScript weather app from the Plus workshop into React in this workshop. The Slack Channel provided good support. Many students struggle with similar problems thus I could find answers to most of my questions on the Slack Channel.
SheCodes Plus was an amazing and challenging course. In just 2 months I have learned more advanced HTML, CSS and JavaScript (comparing to what I knew from a previous course) and add up some more skills - like working with API, GitHub, Bootstrap and Hosting. The whole SheCodes team in the front with Matt was incredibly helpful and motivational. The whole course is made so unbelievable well that even though you might have tons of work or school, you still will happily watch all the videos, do all the challenges and basically spend 8+ hours each week learning to code. And luckily, you will see the results! I highly recommend this course to anyone who thinks that coding might be something interesting for her. I am definitely going to do the next course React and silently hoping that SheCodes will make some more courses.
Once again I felt amazing while learning with Matt, with another project finished I really feel like my goal of changing careers is getting closer and I couldn't be happier with what I've accomplished so far. Can't wait to start my React course!

I've always been more of an outdoorsy nerd than a computer geek, but SheCodes might just convert me! I started the workshop with zero coding knowledge whatsoever and found it very easy to follow along with the lessons. I enjoyed the challenges and projects and loved that Matt pushed us to do some creative problem solving in each of the assignments. Looking forward to moving on to React!
A difficult - yet really rewarding - course from SheCodes. I feel like I've got a good baseline to improve my React skills and it's great to have a few projects to add to my portfolio!

I was super nervous to learn React but the SheCodes curriculum really broke it apart into learnable & attainable bits and slowly integrated them all together. Mentally it was hard to switch gears to React from JS but once you practiced and it got familiar it was neat to see all the cool things you can do using React. This course is a must if you want to know and understand how to use & build react apps. It really helped to open both windows and code right beside Matt as he was doing it real time.
The best course I have ever taken! Love the explanation and a choice of project work. React was a bit difficult for me, but I understood everything that Matt talked about and successfully managed my Weather Project and Dictionary Project. In addition I made them responsive. I will definitely recommend to take React course after Responsive, trust me ^^
Very good formation for learning the first steps of code. Interesting and nice way to learn. The instructor is a good teacher, anticipating the potentials problems or misunderstoods we could meet. He explains in a clear way every lessons, even if it's already more technical. The team is also very good. This was the most challenging, yet most fun workshop to complete. Retrospectively, I really did not think I would make it this far in understanding such complex technological tools like React. I finally finished the whole SheCodes Workshop package by completing the React course. I am very happy I decided to go through all this. It was a whole bunch of fun and here I am, knowing the basics of coding! I am proud of myself for what I've done in those months and I believe that I might actually do it as a job which would be a perfect passion/profession combo. Highly recommended!

This was a really fun project and I look forward to using it as a way to show my progress! This really got me into a design mindset and figuring out how to utilise design tools and really think about the process of committing changes and planning ahead. This is the beginning of a journey and the end of the whole SheCodes Pro. Learning React was fun, engaging and hard at times. However, everything is possible when you have Matt encouraging you to follow growing in middle of your own struggle. Love everything I have learned so far and I plan to follow into this journey. I thought this was a great introduction to React! I actually enjoyed using react more than I expected. I'm looking forward to learning more about it and how to use it in current projects for future jobs.
Very happy with the whole program but particularly with the React module as I got to learn to be more efficient and practical. The two projects were challenging but also quite fun and I know feel more confident in my skills and capabilities. Coding with react was tricky at first but quite intuitive overall and I am looking forward to continue learning.
I can't believe that this workshop came to an end. I really enjoyed learning about React. It was different than vanilla JS so I had to deal with some new errors and it was definitely fun. I also want to thank SheCodes team for all of their helps. Looking forward for more!
SheCodes has provided me with the structure I need to succeed. The lessons for the week are broken into bite-sized pieces with little challenges after each lesson (like two-bite brownies!), which builds to the week's homework assignment. The assignment gives you the opportunity to apply all of the week's lessons to see how they work together. This two-bite brownie approach helps to remove the feeling of overwhelm and gives the feeling of satisfaction with each challenge. I'm so excited to see what I learn throughout the SheCodes React program.
