This course went in depth into the usage of API and React, and explained challenging concepts and usages of both, while creating an intriguing project. It really pushed you to keep a clean code while still trying new things, which I really enjoyed.
In this Workshop, I built a Dictionary App, It was a good experience researching & learning how to build this App with React.

I was not a fan of this part of the course unfortunately. I think more complex topics should have been broken down accordingly. I don't feel as though I'm leaving with a good grasp of React.

The React 6-week course was the perfect introduction to React. Everything is well explained and it was great to put together a weather application using React to see how it works in practice. I also enjoyed following along with the tutorial, but using the SheCodes API to build the application. Whilst Matt used the OpenWeather API at the time of the recording, I found it useful having a different API to use, to learn from his method, but adapt it based on a different API resource. I would highly recommend this course!
Thoroughly enjoyed this last coding adventure. Learning to use reactive coding to enable equally presentable websites on both widescreens and mobile devices. I enjoyed learning React and being able to integrate different components. It opened to new possibilities by adding other features to the project, such as animated icons. While at times it seemed complex keeping track of how each piece fit, it really made sense and felt overall organized in the end. I also found it empowering being able to not only use professional tools, but being able to troubleshoot issues I came across during this project through independent searches and trial and error.
