I am thrilled to have finally built the react weather app. I enjoyed the lessons since they were broken down into easily comprehensible concepts.
Even when learning React was tough, it was great to deepen my JS knowledge and study one of the most important topics in front-end development nowadays. The way the classes are organized and the help of the team were key to completing this level.

The SheCodes Responsive Add-on Course has taught me more about grids, tables, and filters. It was a challenge to make the entire site responsive, but it was fun learning new ways to code in css and html. The travel project is one of my favorite projects so far. The Responsive workshop was a highly productive experience for me. I learned a lot and eagerly applied my newfound knowledge. Now, I can't wait to dive into the React workshop. I feel so happy and motivated to have learned how to code using React. I thinks that the program is very well made and structured, and the projects and exercises are designed to really help to turn all the theoretical knowledge into (very enjoyable) hands-on experience. I definitely feel driven to continue learning and keep working on this field.
I love SheCodes. I started out as trying to teach myself and I was at a point where I wanted to test my skills and learn more to round out my learning. This is the third SheCodes workshop I have completed, and it has been the most enjoyable so far! Having previously accomplished the SheCodes Plus workshop, I was excited to take on another challenge and further enhance my front-end development skills. This workshop is an incredible introduction to responsive design, multiple-page hosting, SEO, and more. Not only were the homework exercises engaging, but the final project was the most rewarding experience I have had (so far) learning with SheCodes. The online portfolio is an excellent way to showcase your coding progress and demonstrate the range of knowledge gained throughout the workshops. I can't wait to move on to the next course: SheCodes React!
SheCodes React is a great course to begin learning about react.js. With the information taught, students can learn how to use APIS to build sophisticated apps & projects, like a dictionary app & a weather app. It was very educational and taught me a lot. I'm excited to hopefully use react.js in my career in the future!
I did a lot of outside research and worked with other engineers to make my react projects, so I could write better code and get a better result than the course project but I did enjoy making this applications!
I highly recommend this course as it serves as a valuable supplement to your coding knowledge. I learned a lot about making my code responsive across various devices, not just computers. Additionally, it taught me how to enhance the overall appearance of my code. This journey is not over, as I am enthusiastic about learning the React course as well. I am deeply grateful to SheCodes and Mattieu Delac for their contribution and guidance.

I was most excited to learn React and I definitely went a little rogue, but it was a lot of fun.
I enjoyed this course quite a bit. Learning React does feel quite advanced and like a more sophisticated way to code. However, for me, it felt like sometimes new topics weren't made very clear or not expanded upon enough, or sometimes it felt like the instructor was fumbling with their explanation a bit and that made it harder to follow (which I find odd since it's a pre-recorded video, so it should be easy to edit). That could just be my personal experience, though.
I saved this course to come back to after completing React. I wanted to give myself the opportunity to remember what I previously learned in the original Responsive course. I enjoyed working through the courses in this order because it allowed me to test myself on what I already knew. I've created the landing page for a site and look forward to coming back and adding on to it in the future with multiple pages linked.

The last amazing workshop with SheCodes that taught me more about React helping me to build a beautiful dictionary app with phonetics and pictures. There were challenging parts which were extremely well explained by Matt. As usual the Slack community was really helpful and fast at answering questions helping me to resolve some issues. This is it! The final coding workshop of my journey with SheCodes and literally cannot believe how much I've learned from start to finish. This workshop was great to deepen my understanding of React mapping. The team, as ever, has been so supportive. I can now also help other beginner coders debug their code, something I never imagined having the skills to do just six months ago. I am so proud of myself and to be a part of the SheCodes community.
This is my fourth course in SheCodes and definitely the most challenging. I was expecting React to be easier because it was created to simplify programming. But it turned out to be easier to figure out the logic of javascript than to understand React. But I'm not giving up on that. Now I face the task of conquering the logic of React.
It's all coming together! Learning how to make your websites & apps responsive on multiple devices is equally fun as it is demanding. To have built my professional portfolio along the way was the highlight for me. I'm eager to start the Responsive Add-On Project and continue my React workshop :)
