I finally finished the whole SheCodes Workshop package by completing the React course. I am very happy I decided to go through all this. It was a whole bunch of fun and here I am, knowing the basics of coding! I am proud of myself for what I've done in those months and I believe that I might actually do it as a job which would be a perfect passion/profession combo. Highly recommended!
As a design student I think coding gives me more tools to put my ideas into practice and communicate effectively. SheCodes made it super easy and fun for me to KEEP CODING! Highly recommend this workshop, can't wait for the next ones!

My pivot from the world of Education to Technology was swift and rewarding. I found that you can start over many times, in tech, as each new language requires a new understanding. SheCodes made an immediate impact on my ability to understand the foundations of coding in HTML/CSS/JavaScript. Matt took his time to explain each new project and the layout supports the learning path. I did this to prove to myself that I am capable and to better understand the Engineers I support on a daily basis. I recommend this to anyone looking to pick up a new tech stack, quickly. Would highly recommend SheCodes Basic course to anyone who are even slightly interested in knowing how to code. You can choose your own pace of studying (do have deadlines tho & it's a good thing), lessons are structured and on point, challenges are short and fun to accomplish and you can also always ask for help from team if you're stuck with something. I had a great time learning basics and really excited to learn further!
I couldn’t imagine that coding could be so entertaining. I have got no experience before and now I am very proud of how much I have learned during this course in such a short time. I would recommend SheCodes to anyone and everyone!
The lessons taught by Matt, were super clear and manageable. Having the slack team available for when we got stuck was so nice, and helped keep up morale and motivation toward learning more and having fun doing it. Outside of that the other SheCodes resources, such as the gradient and palette features, and shecodes radio rocked ! Most importantly, they were really understanding with timing; I needed extensions due to health concerns and power outages, and they made it really easy and stress-free to request more time. 10/10 would recommend.

This course was amazing! I had been doing some study on my own but this course really helped me a lot. I love how it with through everything step by step and you immediately test what you learned. For me, this was the hardest workshop out of the four - React is a really cool program but it takes a lot of focus and work to understand and be able to work with it. At times it can be frustrating, but when you resolve and issue it is then even more rewarding. I really enjoyed the course and would highly recommend it!
