This course was intense. There was a lot of rewatching and googling (and frustrated yelling) but the end result was extremely rewarding. The site and Slack channel were sanity-savers. Highly recommend.
I loved it! I wanted to apply for this workshop for a long time, but I was always postponing because I'm not very good with computers and had no idea of what to expect about coding, but one day I decided to have a go, "Why not?", and I just loved it! SheCodes plus is a much more advanced course in comparison to SheCodes Basics. Although it was challenging at times, I still highly recommend it. It has definitely helped me learn the foundations of web development!
I liked using shecodes. Because not only do they teach women how to code, but also the virtual diverse environment. You'd get to meet people around the world. I also heard people can find good jobs from this program. So if anyone that is interested in being a coder or wants to take a online coding class, I recommend shecodes.
After the React workshop, the Adds-on is definitely a must. You become more aware of everything you still have to learn about react but it gives you a necessary extra boost of confidence. The more you practice the better, specially if there are people guiding you and supporting you. Matt is a great teacher with a great team. I highly recommend to follow the full SheCodes program with every Adds-on if you are taking becoming a front-end seriously. Not only does it teach you code, but it gives you learning tools and self-confidence. Happy coding:)

I really loved and immersed myself a lot more in the course. It was more challenging than SheCodes Basics but also a lot more fun!! Matt really guides you through the making of the entire project but you're also given enough freedom to make it your own and play around with the code, if you choose to. Learning how to implement API was one of the most challenging but rewarding parts of this course. Learning about GitHub was also very useful. I recommend this course to anyone who wants to get started on programming.

SheCodes Plus is a good course in coding but I felt it was a bit slow, a lot of repetition and not so much new information. Compared to SheCodes Basic - it was not as comprehensive and considering the difference in price I frankly think it wasn't worth it. i enjoyed it nevertheless and felt I learned something new. The video instructions are usually very clear and it was fun to learn with you. I would recommend SheCodes Basic course to everyone, but not sure SheCodes Plus lived up to the expectations.

I loved this! Thanks for everything, this was a great lil intro to get into coding. I WISH I HAD TIME TO SIGN UP FOR THE BIG WORKSHOP. I really wish I could just roll straight into the MAX workshop. But now I've started school and this is going to be a huge uphill battle for me to go from band director and musician to IT. Yikes! I will keep this in mind for later. It is soooo tempting, to keep the party going, but I will end up failing both sides. But again, I enjoyed this so much the FOMO IS REAL!!! I do recommend the workshops, even just the 3 week one to learn a few basics to get you going.
I enjoyed how well-balanced the course is when it comes to learning the skill of coding while putting in the work. You would expect that just because you're learning on your own that the course would be easy, but I was wrong.
