I just finished another phase of my SheCodes journey, and this time I got to learn about time and timezones using JavaScript, HTML, and Moment.js. I built a page where users can check the current time in different cities around the world. I already expected timezones to be a little confusing, but honestly, they were even trickier than I thought... and still really fun to figure out. This was the most JavaScript Iโve written so far, and at times it felt a bit overwhelming. But writing a lot of comments helped me map out what was going on in the code and kept me on track. I also got more comfortable using things like date(), setInterval(), setTimeout(), and user input elements like and . It was a great practice for problem solving, which I really enjoy. I feel like every phase helps me organize my thinking better and shows me how much you can do with code. The lessons are hands-on and practical, and that makes it easier to remember everything Iโm learning. I still have a long way to go, but Iโm feeling more excited and confident with each step. I definitely recommend SheCodes to anyone who wants to start coding with guidance and motivation.
