When I was informed there would be a new SheCodes Responsive class, I remember I was already ready to take 5 week-long-course. While adjusting the curriculum with my own pace of learning, I challenged myself to finish the weekly homework earlier than the deadline. It was not easy to secure my spare time. after my full time work. By fully utilizing my early morning time before my work and minimizing my social and fun activities for my future, I was able to create the project about Climate Change successfully. Like other courses that I took, the learning journey with Matt, Joao, and other support staffs was not always smooth to carry on but definitely worthy to try again and again (but never give up). Like a quote "Your strength is your own knowledge." I would love to show my greatest appreciation to SheCodes as I believe I became intellectually stronger than before. Responsive course has taught me that we would need to consider the end users when developing any products. Nowadays, people would. check the information via mobile web and it is crucial for developers to make sure that the. webpages would be responsive and SEO friendly. Thank you again Matt and I am already excited to take another course from SheCords.
Was again great experienced to finally completed this new amazing journey of coding on SheCodes workshop. This time I grasp all about Responsiveness of a website and making it SEO friendly which one of the essentials quality in building websites. Thanks to Matt Delac for being illustrious instructor to this workshop and to the rest of SheCodes team.

I`m so glad, that the SheCodes Responsive workshop launched! :) It was a great addition to the previous courses and gave me a chance to learn new techniques and improve my previous works. I really enjoyed this course, especially working on my portfolio, experimenting with different design ideas, and having the chance to build a multi-page website from the scratch, with great instructions. I feel like I learned so much throughout this workshop! I really enjoy the detailed videos that Matt created, especially the ones for the final project. They made it really clear to learn the fundamentals of HTML/CSS/JS, and if I needed extra support the Slack community was amazing. I'm really looking forward to continuing with both the React and Responsive workshops!
Another amazing course from SheCodes! I could dig deeper into responsive techniques like grid and flexbox and learn some other useful tricks. I'm really proud of the website I built and will definitely start working on other challenging projects!

When I completed SheCodes' other offerings, I promised I'd be first in line to sign up if a new course was ever launched. So, of course I jumped at the chance to be an early participant in the new Responsive Design program! Not only did Matt's instructions help me reinforce my previous knowledge of HTML and CSS, but with Matt and João's guidance I learned out to built an attractive multipage website that is optimized for multiple devices and screen sizes. I learned so much practical knowledge, and the final project was a blast! I can't wait to continue my responsive design practice and promising now yet again that if another SheCodes class becomes available, I will be first to sign up!
The Plus workshop was extremely challenging, but I'm proud of myself for not giving up and finishing it. We learn from trial and error, and from experience. I'm definitely looking forward to building on what I learned in the Responsive & React workshops! ✨
After 11 years of gap, I started updating my knowledge about computers by doing some free courses, I was frustrated as there is no particular way. While doing these tutorials, I came across SheCodes workshop which matched my expectation to pursue my goal to become a front -end developer. SheCodes courses are well designed and easy to learn. In terms of easy to learn, the courses has not only learning tutorials but also some short challenges and solutions. I have completed SheCodes Plus and React courses and recently I join Responsive course. Through this I understand current Tech world about website-application design and development. This is an extremely important workshop to understand CSS positioning and to build great responsive websites. I have had as much fun as in the previous workshops. Every step gives me a wonderful feeling of accomplishment that makes me only think that I wanna learn more and more about frontend development.
It was an amazing journey, couldn't have been more prouder doing a course that would teach me soo much about coding, I'm glad I chose this course to study. Moreover I have chosen to carry on SheCodes and learn more in SheCodes plus, react and responsive. Another great adventure and next learning step with SheCodes is completed! In December 2020, I couldn't even imagine myself coding a responsive weather application and now I have it in front of me working well! I would like to say big thanks to Matt for his well structured learning videos and chalenges. Also, thanks Joao for your support on slack. Definitely Shecodes workshops open the mystical door of coding to complete beginners ;) As another new workshops have just been introduced by Shecodes team (Shecodes Pro) I'm considering further learning:)! Even though I don't have any plans of changing my career path into front end development for the moment, I believe I gained a valuable knowledge, trained my logical thinking and extended my horizons.

This has been an amazing journey with SheCodes, going from someone with little-to-no coding knowledge, to someone that has been able to build weather applications in both vanilla JavaScript and React. I am very excited about the new Responsive course and look forward to continuing my coding journey even beyond the SheCodes courses. Matt, as always, has been an excellent teacher, and I highly recommend the SheCodes workshops to anyone with an interest in learning more about coding. It's a very rewarding skill to learn, even if just for your own personal enjoyment rather than solely career-oriented.

For a total beginner, this was a challenging but excellent introduction to the practical applications of html/css/javascript and professional workflows. Having access to the Slack channel was a great advantage as I could get help when I got stuck and never felt like I couldn't get past the bugs I encountered in my own code. I've finished my final project feeling inspired and ready to dive into the React and Responsive workshops and keep building my new knowledge and skills.
The Plus course made me understand coding better and even though it wasn't easy, there were a lot of Aha moments and I feel more educated about coding. I can't wait to start the react one and then the responsive workshop.

I have always been interested in coding but found it hard to teach myself. The SheCodes lessons were easy to understand but still challenging. I found the SheCodes team very responsive and helpful on Slack. I would definitely recommend!
SheCodes is very informative and through this we assess ouself with each chapter where we stand by solving the given challenges. The material given is very easy to understand, and if stucked in between, the Slack channel is always there to help.SheCodes Team is also responsive, whenever you need them you just drop mail and they will revert you within few hours. I think SheCodes is a great platform for females. I am very happy with SheCodes and I would like to suggest that SheCodes should include more coding workshops for languages like JAVA, PYTHON, etc.
This is a great course for anyone wanting to boost some extra skills and looking to get into coding! Plus took what I had learned in the Introduction to Coding workshop and continued to build on developing knowledge while adding new stuff along the way, leading to a final project I am really proud of! The SheCodes team is amazing and so responsive with any questions, it is great to know that if I have any problems there is always someone willing to help. Looking forward to the next workshop!

A great way to learn coding! Matt goes through every step and even has a review at the end which helps clear up a lot of confusion. When I ran into problems, João was very responsive on Slack to help me when I didn't understand something. Worth the time and cost!
This course was a bit challenging, but I grew a lot from it! The team at SheCodes are also nice, responsive, and helpful. With SheCodePlus, I was able to expand my basic coding knowledge and gain some insight to the current technologies used in web development. This was a great starting point in my pursuit of coding knowledge. The tech support team is responsive and supportive. The course is very fast-paced, and great for those with some knowledge, beyond the initial SheCodes program. A lot of material is presented in a short period of time. In hindsight, I have realized that a slower paced course would have personally been a better fit for the amount of material. But I am overall satisfied with the course. I will continue my pursuit of coding knowledge to further my understanding.
