Thank you SheCodes Responsive!! I have enjoyed this workshop immensely; after 8 weeks of SheCodes Plus, this was a great workshop to learn more but not too much in 5 weeks! I love the fact that I was still using techniques and elements we learned in the Basic and Plus workshops as well. I loved this project so much (I was dreaming, literally, of all the different ways I could tackle this project), there was so much room for creativity and really making it your own. Thank you Matt and his team for helping me create my lovely project! Onto the next workshop, React π₯³!
Despite the fact that it was the easiest one, SheCodes responsive was most challenging so far for me. During the workshop, I faced lots of new challenges, but I enjoyed every minute of it. Lessons were clear, easy to understand, and informative and I am extremely grateful to the Shecodes team for giving me Β this opportunity.

SheCodes Basic was amazing! I always wanted to learn how to code, but I always assumed that it might be too difficult. However, Matt explains in a very easy and patient way. He never lost me, but at the same time I also never felt bored β I enjoyed the small challenges as well as the homeworks and I like how he makes us do our own research. I believe this is the best way to learn something! Time basically flew by while I was working on the assignments. So much fun! I am looking forward to learn more and I am definitely planning to make my final project responsive after the following workshops :-)
I learned so much about creating a fully functioning website and making it responsive and had tons of fun in the process! I can see improvement in my coding skills from the basics workshop until now, and I can't wait to move onto the react workshop!
SheCodes responsive workshop has been such an exciting as well as challenging workshop. I have learnt advanced techniques of making responsive webpages. I have built a portfolio project where I showcase the projects I built during previous workshops. and I am looking forward to starting the next workshop which focuses on React. As usual what makes this workshop really exciting is the fact that the way the flawless organization, the structure as well as Matt's amazing knowledge transfer to us. I highly recommend to everyone that has passion for coding to attend the SheCodes workshops as it makes your coding journey very exciting and you gain real knowledge that you apply to build real-life projects.

It was a good review of responsive websites.
I had a great time learning everything from CSS to HTML to responsive to react. React is hard but Matt does a great job of breaking it down and making it understandable and exciting to learn. I feel very comfortable moving forward into the world of front end development.
Learned loads about making website responsive using tools like Bootstrap as well as using GitHub and Netlify to quickly deploy websites and any changes made. Would definitely recommend

I highly enjoyed the responsive course - it was great to get creative and learn about all the different ways that you can create and style a page. The course also showed that making a website responsive is not as easy as I thought, and it was very interesting to learn different techniques of how you can make it as user-friendly and easy to navigate as possible. I would highly recommend this course, even if you do not want to do the actual programming yourself in your job but simply to get a better idea about the different elements of a website. I'm a bit sad that the third course is already done and now there is only one more to go!

SheCodes has given me the tools to expand my coding knowledge! I just finished the Responsive Workshop and I couldn't be happier. I believe it's an important step to take, given that most websites are being used on mobile phones primarly. I am eager to apply everything I've learned to real-life projects.
I had an absolute blast with the SheCodes Responsive course. The first thing that happened was my mind was completely blown when I learned about Boostrap css utility classes AND how easy it is to modify code for web responsive experiences. I heavily rely on these two things when I am building webpages now! I am a UX designer learning coding and use Figma daily. I am usually tasked with designing wireframes and desktop and mobile screens. It is really cool that now I know how developers take my design and code them. I loved that portion of the course when Matt showed us a Figma file and how the developer pokes through it - which also reinforces the importance of a clean design file! I found myself using the skills I am learning in the SheCodes workshops at work, and I have started working with our developers on my designs and found it easier to explain my stuff to them. I also find myself coding on evenings and weekends for fun, too! For any UX designers, I would say Responsive is THE course to take so you get a better idea of what happens to your designs when they are getting built, what developers looks for, and how it can make working with them fun and rewarding to make impactful features and products. Especially when it comes to responsive experiences! Thanks again SheCodes crew and Matt! I'll be seeing you next week in SheCodes React!
After the introductory course, I wanted to keep going. This course was a bit more challenging, but it was very gratifying to complete the project. I'm happy with all that I learned! On to SheCodes Responsive!

Learning Responsive was helpful to create a website that was dynamic for different screen sizes.
SheCodes helped me gain a basic understanding of coding with 0 experience or knowledge. It was easy to fit in to my schedule. Each topic was clearly explained, but Slack was available for help, and the SheCodes team is very responsive to messages.

My SheCodes journey continues with SheCodes Responsive and it proved to be a bit tricky at first. Learning all the tricks and tips was a lot at first but once you physically do them a couple of times, you get the hang of it. Matt explains the concepts really well. He is a superb teacher. I'm really proud of how far I've come with the help of SheCodes. I don't think I could have done any of this without Matt and his superior team.

I had been considering joining SheCodes for over a year and so glad I finally made the decision to start. I'm a graphic designer hoping to break into tech and development and I feel more confident than ever that I will be able to do so once I complete the courses. A very pleasantly structured course with clear progression and implementation of various concepts. Didn't overcomplicate things and really fun. Furthermore, having access to a responsive and friendly team to help with any of your questions was great! 10/10 recommend :)
The more and more I learn about coding the more intrigued I feel. I've always loved a good challenge and coding has definitely tested my patience but the feeling when something works is the greatest! This portfolio project has really put all my knowledge to the test and I've learned so much about myself. I now have the confidence to build other portfolios and responsive websites. I intend to keep practicing those skills by offering a helping hand to friends who may benefit from a website portfolio or responsive website. I've come so far since I first started in January and it's only the start! Next stop... React! I can't wait to continue learning on my coding journey!
I absolutely love SheCodes! π After ending SheCodes Basic I continued my journey with SheCodes Plus and I definitely don't regret it even one bit! SheCodes Plus course has given me a much better understanding of the coding world. It was fun and challenging to create the weather app, but I feel like I leaned so much. I definitely still have a crush on coding, and my crush is only getting bigger with time π°π»ππ» If you are stuck the lovely team are very fast at assisting you on Slack and very thorough at explaining any trouble or question you might have. The SheCodes Responsive Workshop was the third SheCodes Workshop I finished and it actually was my favourite one. I'm looking forward to completing the next workshop here soon.
Deciding to do another SheCodes workshop was a no brainer. After having completed SheCodes Plus I created my own website but then fell off the coding wagon. Once I started the responsive workshop I was hooked again and now plan to pursue coding as a carerr. Thank you SheCodes and Matt for helping me on this journey!
I had a good time working on SheCodes Plus, very challenging but worth every effort. I started with a very basic coding knowledge and I have exceeded my expectations so far. I can now independently build a responsive application. Amazing platform, looking forward to the next module.

Its a good course on how to make your websites responsive. Leant a lot in this module. Its been challenging and has a deep learning curve but overall its been fun learning.

It was incredibly stimulating when I tried opening my project on my phone and I saw that it was so well responsive... and that it was written by ME! Creating responsive websites is really no simple task, you need to pay attention to a lot of things. But it felt like a stimulating challenge, and I'm proud of what I created! Thanks Matt for teaching all of this!
I have to say SheCodes Responsive was my favourite course so far. I enjoyed the Basics and Plus but I absolutely loved all the handy hints and tricks and hacks that we learnt in Responsive, and of course, how to produce Responsive webpages which is so important these days with all the different devices in use. Quite a few times I'd stop and think 'How cool is that!!' The tutorials to work through completing our own webpage were so helpful and really broke it down step by step. I'm so excited to continue on to React and to hopefully one day embark on a career in developing. Thank you Matt for a brilliant course!

The responsive course was a great opportunity for me to learn how to create a website that I can actually use. I was never good at designing anything, but thanks to this class that I was able to develop my own sense of color by using css and bootstrap to add color.
