Just finished the sheCodes plus course, another amazing learning experience! At the beginning I found javaScript very challenging, but I stuck with it and now I have a much better understanding of javaScript. Loved this course and cannot wait to start the next π!
Iβve got to say that Iβm really impressed by SheCodes Plus content. Matt itβs a very good teacher and the staff on Slack itβs always available for you if needed. Iβm a criminal law Ph.D. candidate using my βfreeβ time (and brain) to do the courses. Itβs not easy to manage everything together, but itβs doable. Youβll need to dedicate yourself to it, maybe more than 5h a week, and practice as much as you can, trying new things inside your challenges and homework. The course will give you a full understanding of how to work with JS and put your code online, the rest itβs up to you. Practicing and exploring is crucial, especially if you want to pursue a development career. SheCodes itβs a very good first step into it!
I'm so happy I've taken part in this course! SheCodes Plus taught me advanced HTML, CSS and Javascript concepts, but I've never felt overwhelmed along the way. This is because the content is super clear and well structured. You will learn to build such interesting websites, that you're not going to want to stop coding! I can't wait to continue with the Responsive and React courses!
I highly recommend taking this course. It's interesting, challenging, and fun! I've enjoyed studying at SheCodes Plus. What I like the most is that in contrast to other IT schools, the challenges in SheCodes are made to show your progress and the results of your hard work! So it's not boring at all. You listen to a lesson, complete a challenge, and see what you've done. This motivated me to continue to study more.
SheCodes Plus was more enjoyable than SheCodes Basic. You feel accomplished after finishing all the workshops! Matt's videos are easy to follow for beginners.

The main focus in this workshop was Javascript and not gonna lie, it was difficult to understand at first but once you get the hang of it, it can be fun watching it come to life. I've been curious about learning how to code for a long time and finally decided to take the plunge with SheCodes. I've gone from really not understanding anything about basic coding to being able to implement effective tools when building websites / maintaining my own. I've really appreciated how straight forward the SheCodes instruction is, making learning a brand new skill totally possible and enjoyable, opposed to a chore. I'm looking forward to tackling the SheCodes Plus course!
During the SheCodes Plus workshop, things got a lot more complicated but everything was delivered in pieces that were practical and comfortable. I am really proud of what I was able to create in the end and I can't wait to learn more.
SheCodes Plus was quite challenging compared to the basic course, but at the same time it was very interesting and useful for developing skills of working in Java Script, in using API, GitHub and Netlify. I am happy that I took this course and thanks to SheCodes for the opportunity to continue my studies, deepening my knowledge in coding.
SheCodes plus has been a great experience for me. From being a novice in coding to frontend development. I learnt a lot and although sometimes it felt overwhelming and confusing, the shecodes team was readily available to provide answers and explanations. Plus done and dusted, on to the next.
Thanks to SheCodes Plus I learned a lot about programming. It's amazing to be able to create apps that can already be published and used by people all over the world. It may seem that programming and this course may be too difficult. However, step-by-step instructions, clear explanations and separate lessons for each topic help you to understand and practise everything, so you're not going to fail. The result is gorgeous!
It has been the most incredible 8 weeks of my life working on SheCodes Plus with the numerous tasks. I was able to get through some extremely difficult days, with lots of brainstorming and having to delete codes and starting from the beginning. I can confidently state that it is worthwhile, and I am delighted to be a part of this wonderful group. This next course SheCodes Plus is more difficult, than the previous one, but also more interesting! Coding can be a real challenge, but it can give you new knowledge about how all this stuff working, it's amazing! Matt and the whole team are great teachers and helpers. Without their help, I couldn't make my app. I can't wait to start the new course. And now I want to say - if you're still doubt about whether you can try coding or not, it's nothing to worry about. I had a wonderful time completing SheCodes Plus! It was fun and challenging creating a custom weather application. I really enjoyed working through the concepts presented to be able to code my final project. Matt explains concepts very well throughout the course. I really enjoyed the program, Matt was explaining everything clearly and encouraged you to do your own research before asking for help, which I think it's the best way to learn new things and also teaches you to be independent on the job. SheCodes Plus is just what I have been looking for: very instructive short videos that motivate to learn to code. Now I seriously think of resigning from my job and becoming a FrontEnd developer. I just fell in love with coding.

I could not help myself but sign up for the SheCodes Plus course after having done and loved the Basics course. This was a really fun way of learning how to code, everyday it was something different and it was great to see the end result! I'm still curious to keep learning and progressing. SheCodes Plus was certainly challenging for me. I had experienced a number of predicaments during this course. When I sought for help from the SheCodes support team, they offered me external sources to get educated on which I had struggled to understand. Also, I learned a lot from a student I came across whose project I found amazing and educational. As I reached out to her, she kindly replied to my message and shared her experience in coding. I have been truly enjoying my coding journey through SheCodes. It is truly fulfilling when I get to solve the issues and make my codes work. I cannot wait to learn with SheCodes further.

SheCodes Plus Responsive was great fun and I learned a lot! Matt's videos are great and he demonstrates everything in a clear and easy to follow manner. Building the portfolio website was challenging at times, but it was great to put the learning into practice and really rewarding to have the end product. I enjoyed having the freedom to get creative and put my own spin on Matt's design. Highly recommend giving the Responsive workshop a try!

Wow, what an amazing course! I enjoyed it from start to finish, which I'm surprised to say, given that tech wasn't something I ever thought I'd be interested in or good at. I was so pleasantly surprised and impressed by how straightforward and simple each workshop was, everything was really easy to digest, and I never felt overwhelmed by the subject matter. I'm so happy with SheCodes that I'm going to explore signing up to SheCodes Plus or React in the near future. I can't recommend this course enough -- if you're hesitant about it, or think coding wouldn't be right for you, please give the Basics one a try at the very least, as I don't think you'll regret it!

SheCodes Plus was amazing! It wasn't easy at all. There was moments when I felt that I was completely confused and did not understand anything. But I was able to figure everything out thanks to the competent presentation of information in video tutorials and the help of the SheCodes team. Wat seemed intimidating at the beginning of the course turned out to be clear at the end.
SheCodes Plus was much challenging as compared to SheCodes Basic. Even then, the advantage of SheCodes courses is that we can re-watch the videos, and we are able to get great help from the SheCodes Team on the Slack channel, who answer our questions ever so patiently and promptly. It is also great that Matt will explain the rationale behind certain concepts and some good practices, rather than just step-by-step theory. It is a sense of achievement and joy when we see the codes work properly! Lastly, it is inspiring and fun to browse the projects of other students! Thank you SheCodes Team!
