I enjoyed my first SheCodes workshop a lot and was eager to pick up where I left off each night. The lessons are clearly structured and the assignments help you to apply and understand what you have learned. I already saw an advertisement for SheCodes a few years ago. Who would have thought that I would actually find the courage to end up here? It was definitely the right decision to start my coding journey with SheCodes and I will for sure continue with SheCodes Plus! Thank you.

SheCodes plus was an opportunity for more learning and growth from SheCodes Foundation. I have learned alot, was able to produce things I have never thought I would produce. I am thankful to the team and eager to learn more in following courses. I am more confident in my abilities and skills and I believe I am near to reaching my goals. For someone who studied Business all her life and has been scared of computers and coding, SheCodes made the transition from Business to Coding so much easy.
It was a very (very) simple project, specially if you've done she codes plus. I kinda feel like this could very easily been taught within shecodes plus, not sure it needs it's own little project. It's very similar to the final project of the plus, with the exception that because you're using intervals, it's so easy to upgrade time and date...
shecodes plus is very good Because the project has turned into small projects and its timing is good.

I joined SheCodes Basic because I wanted to try code and see if it could be something I enjoy. I really like the classes and how the workshop is structured, you learn step-by-step how to code in such an interactive way. After this, I am considering joining SheCodes Plus to continue my coding journey 🙌🏽
SheCodes Plus was challenging and pretty complexed. Specially cause I needed to manage my time between my 40-hour week job, my personal chores and my free time (and some vacations). The good thing is that some weeks were easier to follow and to learn than others. But I enjoyed every step of the way and I felt the absolute support from the SheCodes team. Every time I felt stuck and asked for help, SheCodes team was there to explain me what I was not understanding. I feel very proud of myself and even though I'm not sure yet if I see myself doing this professionally, I'm very much motivated to continue learning and navigating into the possibilities that SheCodes is helping me creating for myself.
I'm very happy to be doing Shecodes Plus, it's a real challenge, we need to study a lot, but it's very rewarding when we finish each step, we realize that with focus, good teachers, family support and God we can do anything.
I completed this add-on workshop in 3 days... some really useful hints and a great opportunity to put into practise again what I'd learnt in the original basics course. I liked how it was paced and encouraged you to build each part of your project after each of Matt's demos, so you weren't left with the entire thing to produce at the end! This is the third SheCodes workshop I have completed, and it has been the most enjoyable so far! Having previously accomplished the SheCodes Plus workshop, I was excited to take on another challenge and further enhance my front-end development skills. This workshop is an incredible introduction to responsive design, multiple-page hosting, SEO, and more. Not only were the homework exercises engaging, but the final project was the most rewarding experience I have had (so far) learning with SheCodes. The online portfolio is an excellent way to showcase your coding progress and demonstrate the range of knowledge gained throughout the workshops. I can't wait to move on to the next course: SheCodes React!

SheCodes Plus was quite challenging, but interesting and fun. It was a great experience overall.
The SheCodes Plus workshop transitioned smoothly from the previous Basics workshop, continuing to teach with the same level of attention to detail and with the same focus on building from each previous lesson into the next. I enjoyed the challenge of this course to keep learning and applying new techniques, and my level of confidence in coding has grown significantly with this second SheCodes workshop. In addition to practising the fundamentals of writing HTML, CSS and JavaScript, the workshop also taught new skills, such as how to integrate APIs into an app for rapid retrieval of data, how to use GitHub, how to use a hosting service, and how to apply Bootstrap formatting. I've learned a lot, I intend to use my new skills to try to build some small projects which I've started to plan out, and I'm already looking forward to starting the next workshop!
The SheCodes Plus workshop was brilliant. I enjoyed how it kept me on my toes, encouraging me to code every day. Some parts were challenging no doubt, but what's coding without the challenges? My name is Sthandiwe Msweli from South Africa and my coding journey so far has been amazing. So before I started coding I graduated in Business and information Manangement and I was not happy with what I've studyed but because I wanted to have a qulification and get a job so I can earn a living so i went on with it. Fast cracking my story after I graduated had no luck in finding a job so after a year, on my second year of staying at home without any luck of getting a job, I did a free trail in coding on some bootcamp and I fall inlove with it but to enroll to that bootcamp you needed funding which I did'nt have. So I did my reserch and I ended up founding SheCodes Foundation that when I start my coding journey and it has been a wonderful journey and I thank the Lord for this opportunity still on it and excicted for more learning and more adventure in coding 💜 plus I have completed my shecodes plus it was challenging but yet amazing experience the fact that I now have my first project that operates with real life data it amazes me I’m learning a lot can not wait for my next lessons and project ❤️

SheCodes Plus is truly a great course, 11/10! I never thought I could make such a nice project. Before taking this course, I believed that learning HTML, CSS, and JavaScript would be as hard as teaching calculus to baby haha. Even with the times of stress and frustration when I felt stuck doing a homework, I felt proud of the work I've done so far. This was a fantastic intro to coding. Wow, do you have to use your brain, but its amazing to see what you can accomplish in 3 weeks! The SheCodes Plus project was fun and very interesting. It's not an easy project to do, but I enjoyed new challenges and to see how much you can do was impressive to me.
SheCodes Plus has provided more experience of learning to code using a functional language. Also, I got a better understanding of how API calls work and how it's essential in building applications. The tools introduced like InVision, CodeSandbox, and Netlify enable a basic end-to-end implementation of a project which opens for exciting challenges for a starting web developer like me.
The SheCodes Plus workshop is definitely more of a challenge than SheCodes Basics, but has helped me to build several skills and gain a lot of knowledge to put towards my work in the future. SheCodes Plus was quite challenging, especially for me, as I started without any technical background. However, the curriculum was very well thought out; it began with a review of basics, followed by the introduction of one concept in each lesson. Finally, we had two weeks of review, akin to assembling pieces of a jigsaw puzzle. Matt Dellac is a phenomenal teacher; his amazing teaching style made the workshop more engaging and down-to-earth. At times, I felt like he was reading my mind and answering my questions 😅. I still feel like a toddler in my coding journey, but I’m not afraid because the incredible SheCodes Team has always been there to help me. I know I can count on their support whenever I struggle to figure out what I’m doing. 💟

I have learned a lot in the SheCodes Plus course. I've been surprised at how quickly I picked up the API integration, this goes to show what a fantastic teacher Matt is. Using SheCodes own API resources has allowed me the choice to challenge myself further than what is shown in the learning section. This opportunity has given me a lot more confidence in my abilities. I'd like to thank Matt and his team at SheCodes for the support that they provide to their students throughout their learning experience. I have had some personal trials throughout this course, as we all do at times, which have caused me to make use of the postponement feature, however, still having that accountability that SheCodes provides with the courses has made a difference for myself to continue my coding journey.
SheCodes Plus is very challenging I must attest but it is best to follow and code along from Week 7 - Week 8 because if you just watch and decide to code it later, you will not know where to start. Coding in SheCodes Plus was a new experience! I enjoyed creating and learning JavaScript and understanding how APIs really integrate in different applications. I faced some difficulties with bugs and language continuity in JavaScript in HTML, but I overcame them with patience and persistence since that just seems to come with the territory. Can't wait to learn more!

There were days I stayed up all night trying to figure out a challenge without going through Slack. Right now, I'm an expert in HTML, CSS and JS. I love the way Matt Delac explains everything. His teaching is very easy to understand. I love the fact that he is teaching women around the globe how to code. What I love best is the scholarship I got which I am very grateful to Matt for. I enjoyed SheCodes Basic and I am eagerly looking forward to SheCodes plus. My goal is to be professional Front End Developer, for a start. A very big "THANK YOU" to the entire SheCodes team! I absolutely LOVED SheCodes Plus! The weather app project was so fun, especially for someone who is a weather junky😍 Matt's teaching style continues to impress me. He makes everything easy to understand and explains it in a way that causes all the light bulbs to turn on. I can't wait to keep progressing!
I'm so glad I continued on after taking the SheCodes Basics course. I absolutely loved the structure of SheCodes Plus and planned to continue on all the way through both the Pro and Max courses. I feel like I have found what I really enjoy doing as it's a mix of creativity and organization. I recently completed the SheCodes Plus program, and what a ride it has been! Building upon the foundation I gained in the SheCodes Basics and Basics Add-On courses, SheCodes Plus took my coding skills to a whole new level. The curriculum was comprehensive, covering a wide range of topics including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs, and more. SheCodes Basics is the perfect workshop for anyone getting back into coding or trying to figure out if coding is their cup of tea! I enjoyed every lesson and the challenges were engaging and allowed me to be creative while putting what I've learned into practice! I currently have a full time job but the pace of the workshop was perfect for me and I did not feel overwhelmed by the weekly homework! Matthieu explained each lesson in a way that was easy to grasp and apply to each homework and to my final project! I am excited to be taking the SheCodes Plus workshop next and cannot wait to see where this journey takes me!
Shecodes Plus gives you knowledge about APIs & in-depth JS. I highly recommend this course if you want to become a frontend developer.
SheCodes plus has been a challenge to master but it has been an enjoyable journey and I have learnt a lot. I am looking forward to future classes where I will be able to continue to put into practise what I have learnt and advance my skills.
