Coding in SheCodes Plus was a new experience! I enjoyed creating and learning JavaScript and understanding how APIs really integrate in different applications. I faced some difficulties with bugs and language continuity in JavaScript in HTML, but I overcame them with patience and persistence since that just seems to come with the territory. Can't wait to learn more!

I absolutely love SheCodes! I started this class with zero knowledge of coding. The challenges were really very 'challenging'. There were days I stayed up all night trying to figure out a challenge without going through Slack. Right now, I'm an expert in HTML, CSS and JS. I love the way Matt Delac explains everything. After I was finished with SheCodes Plus I moved on to React.js and it was more challenging than I thought it would be (the good kind luckily). Matt goes over a lot of information quickly yet effectively! You can definitely spend way more time then the minimum of 5 hours a week. It depends on how quick you work through the challenges. I'm enjoying the courses and I'm excited for the SheCodes Plus workshop!

I just completed SheCodes Plus and it was amazing. The first workshop was great too, but a bit of general "information overload" whereas the Plus workshop is where it all came together for me. The foundation that was set in the Introduction to Coding was vital - as without that basis this workshop would have been very, very difficult. As a non-engineer member of an IT team, my whole objective was to familiarize myself with the basics of the technologies that my team members use everyday; and now, not only do I feel more confident when communicating with my team, but I also have discovered a new passion -- for coding!
SheCodes Plus taught me how to begin to build functioning applications. I learned so much and feel like I am really beginning to think like a coder!

In SheCodes Plus I used SheCodes's team support in Slack many times and It was really useful. I think that this online support in doing homework is a very huge advantage. You may have access to many courses for coding but without friendly support to do exercises and homework you may become frustrated of struggling to fix the bugs.
