I just completed the SheCodes Basics course, and I loved it! I was always too scared to try to learn to code, I thought I did not have enough time nor the right skills but thanks to this course I learned quickly while having fun and playing with my creativity. The lessons and challenges are well structured and I completed this course despite having a busy schedule. The SheCodes team on Slack supported me when I felt stuck on a challenge, but honestly, the video lessons are so well done that I managed to solve my problems by following Matt's suggestions most of the time. Overall, I liked very much this course and I'm even more excited to continue my coding journey!

Finished another step into my coding journey! SheCodes Responsive has helped me deepen my knowledge into coding and sharpen my skills thru challenges given each lesson and by building a real-life project-my very own portfolio showcasing my project to potential employers. Like SheCodes Basics and Plus, I received all the necessary tools, updated materials and software, together with their live technical support in case I’m feeling stuck and needed help with the assignments. Importantly, I can take the lessons at my own pace, it can be easily accessed any time and it’s not a problem if I needed more time to finish the course; I can ask for extension to so that I can get back to it any time I’m ready. I find it quite rewarding that I was able to solve each problem by myself, getting back to Matt’s bite-size lessons which are all very clear. He delivers topics such as advanced Bootstrap (Navigation, Utility Classes, etc.), Flexbox, Multiple Page Hosting, Media Queries, and more in such a way that it is transparent, fun to learn and easy to understand. I enjoyed the course a lot. This one was a bit more challenging than others, but I did it well despite having a job. Matt is a great instructor and has clear pronunciation. The exercises keep everything interactive unless you're learning through videos. Taking these 4 level courses is just what you need if you don't have time all day. Plus the team is fully supportive and accessing the community in Slack is a huge bonus.

Currently I am working full time and attending SheCodes Worshops after work. After completing the Plus workshop all I wanted was to keep learning and diving into the Plus-Add On! In SheCodes Plus I used SheCodes's team support in Slack many times and It was really useful. I think that this online support in doing homework is a very huge advantage. You may have access to many courses for coding but without friendly support to do exercises and homework you may become frustrated of struggling to fix the bugs.

I am a very creative and curious person but also love things that require problem-solving and cognitive stimulation. When I found Shecodes, I didn't know what to expect. I wanted to try out coding and see what it would be like to create my own landing page from scratch, but I felt like I was diving into the 'deep-end' with no prior knowledge or experience. I thought I would have to be super intelligent and love maths/science to code. I was so wrong! Shecodes showed me how taking the risk was worth it. I fell in love with coding during the 3 weeks of trying it out! Matt and everyone at Shecodes provide a welcoming and supportive space for beginners and people of all skill levels to dive into coding. Matt's engaging and easy-to-follow video lessons, as well as the creative and fun challenges/homework provided, have meant that I have gained so much confidence over the 3-week course in a field that I thought I wouldn't thrive. I cannot believe that I finished my SheCodes Workshops completely, I am over the moon that I have this skill, and looking forward to upcoming projects and challenges. SheCodes is really the best way to learn to code. The video explanations are easy to understand and easy to follow. Having finished the Basic workshop, I saw how the team really thought of the smallest things that would help the participants in their learning journey. They provided all these additional resources which are very useful to beginners: cheatsheets, tools, fast support from the team, and access to a community of learners, etc.

As someone with little to no experience in coding prior to attending this program, I was initially apprehensive about whether I would be able to keep up with the curriculum. I am thrilled with what I learned. The workshop was challenging, but with determination and hard work, I was able to grasp the concepts and complete the assignments. I now feel confident in my ability to create visually appealing and functional web pages using these languages. This workshop has given me the foundation I need to continue exploring and advancing my coding skills.
I found the SheCodes basics workshop to be both challenging and motivating. I looked forward to the time I set aside to work on my lessons throughout the week. I liked the predictable format of the lessons and how the skills are broken down so when I got to the project and needed a refresher, I could easily access a specific lesson. In addition to the lessons, there is a variety of other support available such as the SheCodes "cheatsheets" the MDN website and the slack chat.
I just completed the SheCodes Basics Add-On and I couldn't be more impressed with the quality of the course. The SheCodes team did an excellent job of building upon the foundation I gained in the SheCodes Basics course and introducing new concepts that were challenging yet manageable. The assignments were engaging and the format of the lessons was easy to follow, even for someone like me who is brand new to coding. Additionally, the SheCodes team continued to provide fantastic support and guidance on Slack, which was a tremendous help whenever I had questions or needed extra clarification. Hooray! I have already completed the third course in the program, which was provided to me for free by the SheCodes platform. Comparing myself with how I felt at the beginning of the course and now, I feel satisfaction and gratitude. Satisfaction from the fact that I can make a site, make it contact the user. The lessons were well explained and easy to follow and the frequent challenges were really useful to build up knowledge. The level of difficulty was just right, with some parts needing research but I never felt unsupported.
SheCodes Responsive was really challenging and fun. I have learnt so much and feel really equipped to build responsive websites going forward and I cannot wait to get an opportunity to use these skills. I am really grateful to Matt and the entire SheCodes team for the amazing support through out the workshop. I like how real Matt is, and does not necessarily want to perfect his videos. And reminds us at all times that a break is necessary whenever you feel frustrated and that it is all part of the job of a developer.

Enrolling in the SheCodes Basics workshop was such a great experience. I've always been intimidated by coding, but Matt and the SheCodes team made the learning process so approachable by breaking down concepts into bite-sized pieces. I've learned so much more in the 3 weeks of the workshop than I did after months on other platforms. The support through the Slack channel I received throughout the workshop was invaluable. I love walking away from the workshop with a complete project to demonstrate my new skills and look forward to continuing my coding journey.
I had so much fun trying out the Basics course. It definitely challenged me but was very do-able given that you have chat support and AI to help around the clock. I would like to continue on furthering my coding skills from here!
