This was a fun way to learn the basic's to html, css and Javascript. The support team was very fast with helping you figure out your code and bugs. I would highly recommend if you're curious about coding.

I had so much fun with this workshop! Matt is great at explaining things in a way that is easy to understand, and the support team is very nice and helpful. It was very rewarding to see the results right away, I definitely want to learn more!

I wouldn’t recommend the workshop to people who already been through computer science class especially React. On the other hand I highly recommend this workshop for people who want to learn React or take their first steps into programming / development. I had fun during this workshop, it was nice to challenge myself and to try new things, as well as to improve my knowledge. The team is always ready to support you, even with problems that I had created myself by creating the project differently than requested, because I wanted to challenge myself a bit more. I really liked the course as Matt explains every step in detail and you have the freedom to watch the lessons whenever and wherever you want. I like the structure of the self-study course and you also get support when you got stuck but you also learn how to look up public developer pages and find own solutions.

At the beginning I was a bit intimidated to be learning something new and different to my current job, however week by week my skills just kept on building up and my confidence just grew. I have always been a bit wary of online courses because I'm pretty old school and love face to face interaction. However the support provided is great and I have managed to do this around my full time job and kid...it also supported my already existent weather obsession!

I've truly loved my time with SheCodes. I loved being surrounded by a community of strong, ambitious, women supporting one another during our journey. The lessons are broken down into short sessions, less than 10 minutes each, which make the information very easy to retain and understand. After having done the first 3 weeks workshop and enjoying myself, I was in a bit of a dilemma as I could not afford the full price of the next part of the course, I'm content and happy that as a student they allow alternatives when you are financially struggling. I was always very curious about coding, but never really had the time to explore this world, when this course came up on my LinkedIn feed it felt perfect timing! I first went to the free coding class with Matt and in just that 1h I learned so much. The SheCodes Online Workshop is suited for students of all ages and for beginners, it's well-paced, and at the end of each lesson, we have the opportunity to also practice with homework and projects. We are fully supported, if we have any difficulties on the projects we can ask the technical assistants and fellow students, and Matt is a brilliant teacher! After this workshop, I'm thinking to continue my studies in coding!

This is a great workshop! Between the lecture videos and the challenges in each lesson, the material is delivered in a clear, concise way. Before any other beginner coding workshops or courses, and believe me, I've looked at TONS, I'd suggest SheCodes. It's the most beginner friendly workshop I've found and the community is so supportive and talented!

When I decided to learn how to code I found out a lot of free material available online but I was missing structure, support, and motivation. SheCodes made coding looks easier, colorful, and funny. Course was well organised and the support system available is amazing.

Although at times I felt like beating my head against a wall, once the lessons clicked, I experienced many "Halleluja!" moments. So worth it in the end! Even though it was only a 3 week course, I feel like I really accomplished something, and that I've left with the foundations to continue on my coding journey. I knew I was a driven person who was always interested in learning how to code, but had trouble staying motivated learning on my own with the various overwhelming amount of resources out there. SheCodes provides a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment with the right amount of guidance. I can learn at my own pace but still have the accountability of challenges, homework, and a project with reasonable deadlines - I am now more motivated than ever to continue my coding journey.
