It was an amazing experience having my first workshop with SheCodes! I loved every step in the process and enjoyed seeing the outcome improve every time I learned and applied a new skill. I am truely happy that I came across SheCodes a couple of weeks ago. I have always been somewhat curious about coding, but never had the guts to participate in any sort of education around it, since I feared the feeling of embarassment if I wouldn't get the hang of it right away. SheCodes for me has the perfect balance of providing deadlines yet also enables participant to work on the lessons/challenges/homework whenever best suitable for them (/us). I had to postpone one of my homework deadlines and was really happy how easy that was, too. Zero stress added to the already stressful daily life at work and other things going on - life pretty much. Now that I have completed my first course I am determined to book another one soon. I really enjoyed the little highs whenever my code worked and am now also confident enough, that I am capable of learning more about it. All thanks to Matt and his team. Love continuing my coding journey with SheCodes! These workshops were significantly more challenging, especially the JavaScript, and yet, we conquered! The lessons were very well structured and the team on Slack was extremely helpful as always.
This was a challenging workshop, but the satisfaction of accomplishing it was equally great. Having the SheCodes team to back you up when you run out of ideas on how to solve a bug is always a relief. It feels just great to see how much knowledge I have acquired and how many things I can now do by myself.
In less than 3 weeks I have learned 3 new languages! 😃 The lessons from SheCode Basics were very good to follow and I liked the contact with the team of SheCodes very much! 😊 I liked the flexibility: I could choose when and where I wanted to work on the workshop. I can already show and tell everyone about the website(s) I made! 🤠😎🥳 I never had a moment which was bad, I liked every part of the workshop, especially the last week of the project: I could choose my own topic and chose: "The Window of Tolerance" and made a beautiful website thanks to the guidance of the workshop. This was by far the most challenging workshop of all. I learned a lot about React, and I had fun solving every roadblock I faced. I won't deny that sometimes I went to bed not knowing how to fix something, but ideas came through the next morning. Thanks to all the Shecodes team for being there when I needed it! I've reached the end of my journey, and it's a bit nerve-wracking because I don't know what to expect next. However, after watching the SheCodes Next program, I've learned a lot and feel more prepared. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Matt and his team for their tremendous support. I recently completed the SheCodes Plus course, and I must say it was a fantastic learning experience.
