From having little to no knowledge about react to learning and creating a weather app is fascinating. With the coding knowledge that I have gained within the past few months, it's as if I can see behind the curtains of some apps now. In all honesty, coding seemed a bit intimidating, because the art of learning new things has never come easy for me, due to dyslexia. But the love of puzzles has pushed me through, whenever I broke my own codes. If it wasn't for the SheCodes slack team, I would have thrown my laptop outside the window by week #6. By far, this workshop was my favorite one. I really enjoyed learning React and it made me realize how much faster coding can be using React because I have built two weather applications, one using only CSS, HTML, and JavaScript and the other one with React and although the latter seemed complicated at first but was much easier once you get the hang of it. The introduction to React was incredible, and the concluding project was both enjoyable and demanding. I want to give a special thanks to the SheCodes team for their exceptional assistance!
For me, it was difficult to transfer the Html code from the previous project to React. The explanation was in the lesson after the task itself. Maybe this is the point of finding a way on other resources, but it was very difficult, because those methods did not suit me. I did it myself by trial and error. Of course, a huge plus is that you can turn to the team for help. I was going to apply in this case until I found an error. I have contacted many times on other occasions and the team is very polite, so don't be afraid to contact! A huge plus is the appearance of artificial intelligence, which helps to find errors. True, while there is a limit of 2,000 characters, and the code can be much larger π . In any case, I want to review the lessons again and consolidate my knowledge. Thanks for the opportunity to learn! π₯°

I did it again!! Learning a new skill can be difficult but rewarding. I was hard on myself during these past 8 weeks, trying to push myself to the point I was lacking food and sleep. I had to remind myself that it's okay to take a break, refresh and start again, especially when my code has errors. By clearing my head I was able to take another approach and found the solution. So, it's okay to take a break but giving up is not an option for me. Thanks to Matt and his team for providing so much support during this time.
