Despite facing a few challenges such as, organizing my time to complete assignments, understanding bootstrap in depth this workshop that took me longer that expected to complete, my overall experience with it was very rewarding. Matt and his team did a great job to explain each step of the process with ongoing support via Slack, where the team reviewed and provide feedback as I needed. I had an enriching learning experience completing my most recent React Development workshop with SheCodes in September 2022. Diving into Vanilla JavaScript was not easy ..well sometimes frustrating when stuck. It required a lot of concentration while learning from the SheCodes modules, and it also demanded a significant amount of practice. There were many times when I thought, "Aha, I have understood the concept," but when I tried to code, I got stuck. This prompted me to go back and watch the videos and read related code snippets that had been provided. I appreciate what I have learned so far at SheCodes; the modules are well-paced and well-elaborated. I look forward to the next workshops and continue practicing to further mold my understanding. This was a great introduction to coding. The videos were very easy to understand and Matt always gives nice tips and encourages us to google things we don't know, which helped me a lot and provided me with a deeper understanding of the things I learned. Being able to build my first landing page gave me a lot of confidence and made me look forward to the more advanced lessons. The support team is very knowledgeable and helpful. Last but not least, I really enjoyed being part of the Slack community because I felt that I was not alone in this journey and having the opportunity to help others with their questions helped solidify my knowledge.

As a Product Owner, it is super important that my developers and I can speak to each other about code with ease. SheCodes has given me the motivation and confidence to pursue coding. I have learned a lot about development and solving problems. I am grateful to the SheCodes team and community, whenever I had a question or were unsure about something I could visit the SheCodes slack channel and 9 out of 10 times the question has already been asked. I am happy to be able to pursue frontend development and have the ability to create my own projects now, I would recommend SheCodes to everyone. It feels great every time I accomplish a project! I just completed the Plus Add-on and be able to create a world clock app. Technology really amaze me and that's why I am very happy that I get to do something related to it. In just 3 weeks, I learned a lot! Thank you team SheCodes and Matt for all the support and knowledge that you're sharing with us. I am ready to take the next step. 💪

This was a great program. I knew nothing about coding and was unfamiliar with languages like JavaScript and CSS. However, the lessons were so clear and concise that it was easy to follow. I have always loved coding but I had trouble learning how to code until I found this amazing program whereby our instructor made it easy to understand every concept and at the same time make the workshops fun.the sheCodes team also made sure to provide us with all the help on time.

Wow! This was my favorite @SheCodes.io project so far! It seemed like a daunting task at the beginning, but step-by-step it started coming together. I enjoyed choosing the best word-choice, images, song lyrics, music videos, and element styling for each section. My confidence as a new coder (55 days total) continues to grow especially since overall things moved along smoothly for me. When I did come across a temporary hurdle, I explored options until I found a solution that worked. Thank you to @Matthieu Delac and his team for providing well-structured lessons and support if students need it. Now, moving on to the REACT workshop!

I had been searching for something like this course for a very long time as something to study and enjoy alongside my career but nothing matches SheCodes. It feels as though a lot of planning and thought has gone into creating SheCodes with how smooth it went by. I loved the fact that we are able to work on it in our own time and no consequences if a deadline is postponed. Any installations we need for the course are free of charge and safe to use. I have really enjoyed this course and will definitely be looking at upgrading my package. My knowledge went from nothing to being able to easily code a decent website with knowledge through just the Basics package. A huge thank you to the team and I'm forever grateful!!!
