Having completed SheCodes Basics, I couldn't wait to continue learning. I like that the videos are pre-recorded, so if I'm stuck on something I can pause, go back, and rewatch. I can go at my own pace. The flexibility is great, the lessons aren't too long so it doesn't feel overwhelming.
For a complete beginner like me, SheCodes Basic was a great way to get introduced to HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and get a glimpse into the world of coding. Videos were easy to follow and I loved the flexibility of the course.
I have started at Shecodes two weeks back started with Basic coding. I have always wanted to learn about technology, and i always thought coding is difficult until i joined Shecodes where Matt made coding easy in his video. I do not regret i joined She codes, infact i am grateful Matt granted me an opportunity to be part of women coding in Shecodes. I will forever be grateful and i highly recommend Shecodes to anyone who wants to learn coding.
I would 100% recommend SheCodes to anyone who is interested in learning a new skill or interested in pursuing a new career. I come from a non technical background and found SheCodes to be very intuitive and easy to follow along. Matt does an amazing job breaking down complex subjects into easy to digest videos. I'm definitely going to take another course once I get the chance!
Joining SheCode Workshop is one of the best Gift I gave myself this year. Lessons are well explained , simplified yet detailed. I love the fact that videos can be replayed to enable slow learners understand. The tutor made the workshop fun and easy to grasp. The swift support and response by SheCodes team is awesome. From the very beginning, the course was engaging and easy to follow, with a clear structure that made it easy to stay on track.I was impressed with how quickly I was able to learn the fundamentals of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The course material was well-presented, and the video tutorials were clear and concise, making it easy to understand even the more complex concepts.
The five week course that could've gotten done in two weeks. By the end of week three I no longer watched any video or solution by week five I just kept turning things in bc already knew what it was they wanted of me. it is a waste of time but happy to get something out of it.
Fantastic skills to learn. more exercises and perhaps even quizzes would help with learning rather than just following/copying the videos. But an overall good investment.

SheCodes makes learning really fun with a great balance of theory, practicals and code-a-long videos. I've found that the structure of the lessons has helped me to pick up concepts quickly and you do feel you have achieved something each week with the homework tasks. I've also picked up lots of tools and tips that aren't necessarily taught in other self-learning platforms I've tried.

Great course. Explains everything and is to the point. Not super long videos so it's easy to follow along and get straight onto hands on work. Definitely moving onto the other courses.
This workshop was very hands-on by putting all these skills we've learned into making a portfolio that can be used professionally. At this point, I feel very confident creating this portfolio on my own and not needing as much guidance. It's been a lot of work, but very satisfying figuring things out more independently while still knowing I had support when I got stuck. The videos are always very clear and helpful. I even feel more confident looking things up on my own through google and other resources.
I found this course to have a very interesting approach to teaching. The video-classes help breaking down each learning element to make it digestible, but the challenges sometimes sneak in some elements that may require the student to do some digging by themselves. It is therefore both a proactive and reactive approach to learning, which I found to be very useful.
SheCodesPlus is super fun! I loved every second coding. The instructions in the videos are understandable and easy to follow. I highly recommand learning to code with this programm.

I am glad that I got the opportunity to take the basic course SheCodes. Excellent explanations on the video and practical demonstrations in VS code will allow any beginner to feel like a front-end developer and believe in themselves.

I was honestly really scared to start with this course. Once I started, it felt... easy! The videos, the community and the instructions were easy to follow but also challenging enough to make you pause and think. The feeling of achievement at the end is AMAZING!
I learned coding at university but it was too hard for me. And now I wanted to get back to it, and this was amazing program to do so! I could take it slowly or faster, and I could understand everything! I could get back to videos or ask in group chat if I didn't understand everything! It's great program, it's great workshop and it's amazing team!π₯³

The videos were informative and easy to follow and you could ask a member of the team for support or even another user. I work for a tech company and I often sit in meetings with developers and often have no clue of what they're talking about so this course has made it easier for me to support clients and better engage with my colleagues.
I loved the SheCodes workshop. Matt's style of teaching is so easy to follow, and the short videos combined with mini challenges made it super easy to learn how to code a basic landing page. I just finished a beginner programming course and it was great! The video tutorials were easy to follow and the instructor did a great job of explaining complex concepts in a clear way. The programming exercises were interesting and challenging, and helped me apply what I learned. I highly recommend this course for anyone just starting out in programming.
When I signed in on SheCodes, I knew nothing about coding but I've learned more than I expected and I was very surprised of the skills I aqcuired at the end of those past three weeks. I usually don't like online courses but surprisingly, I enjoyed watching the videos and doing the different challenges. Matt explains everything well and the fact that I could extend the deadlines is helpfull and stress releaving. I had a really fun time learning with SheCodes and I highly recommend.

This workshop was challenging in a fun way and pushes you to learn extensively throughout the explanative videos. While I still do not 100% understand all of the Javascript and function creations have done throughout the project, it was an extremely rewarding feeling following the SheCodes API and putting in the correct conditions. I'm glad it was broken down into multi-week portions as it was HEFTY. I am grateful for the experience and have a project I can look back on and go "Oh yeah we did this here" and I get to dissect it even further while going deeper into learning code. It makes me appreciate the individuals who do this for a living. Hopefully, I too will get to the point where everything "just clicks" as it does for Matt Delac in his informative videos!

Shecodes Plus is a very in depth course, the video are very helpful and easy to understand. There is loads of support and the deadlines keep you on track.
Once again, Matt and his team blew it out of the water with this course. I love being able to control the speed of my learning - some weeks I know based on previous courses I have taken, but don't skip! Matt includes so many little tips and tricks in each of his tutorials, even if you think you know the subject matter, you are guaranteed to learn something in each video.
Great clear videos, any issues I came across were easily solved via quick google search or Slack.
I am so glad that I did SheCodes Plus, which was quite challenging, but I really enjoyed learning how to work with real data. Seeing my weather app come to life was such an amazing feeling. I have been interested in IT and coding for over 10 years, but I didn't dare to try myself in this field because of the conviction that it is only for genius mathematicians. After watching SheCodes intro video, I understood which IT branch is most suitable for me, combining coding, design, and UX, which was always keen about. The SheCodes videos are extremely detailed and break things down in an understandable way. It's very helpful to have Slack as a backup when help is needed.
After doing the SheCodes basic workshop I was excited to continue to learn more. Thinking of building an app can be overwhelming, however, SheCodes Plus breaks that process into several steps which makes it so easy and fun. Everything is extremely well explained in the videos, and the challenges not only allow you to practice coding, but they help you understand the content better. Further, if you get stuck on something, the SheCodes team will help you. Additionally, there is also an AI coding assistant available, which can answer your doubts, explain code, fix your code and so much more. I have tried it, and it was easy and useful to use. I highly recommend this workshop and I cannot wait for more!!

This is the hardest step so far! I made an effort to comprehend it and keep watching the videos, so I could follow along. I have to take a step back and not complete every requirement for the final tasks. From messing up my repository to understanding the value of grouping the div and span and naming those classes and id, I learned a lot from my mistakes.
