Hi everyone! I have finished the Basics course offered by SheCodes and it`s been a blast! I went from not knowing anything about coding and thinking it`s extremely difficult to get into it or learn it or that you need to be some sort of math prodigy, to having a complete new perspective. It turns out coding is really fun, extremely logical (so anyone can come to understand it!) and super interesting. And all that is thanks to SheCodes. The lessons are structured really well, organised in small lessons so you can learn everything step by step and it doesn`t feel overwhelming, and I love the fact that every lesson is followed by a mini-challenge in which usually you have an extra step derived from the lesson where you try to figure out the solution yourself. So you have all the support you need but you are also incouraged to go beyond what you learned and apply yourself. And of course there is help provided should you not be able to do it by yourself. It`s a really cool course! I`m glad I tried it and I would recommend it for sure!
Advanced Python was an exciting and challenging journey into something new for me. I personally found the workshop challenging. Perhaps some basic knowledge about coding beforehand would have been helpful, but it is a course for beginners, and I was perhaps one step below that. I'd recommend first going to learn terminology and jargon before signing with the course. Otherwise, you might find you need to spend a lot more time doing it than you anticipated.
