React has been really interesting to dive in, and we can also take the chance to improve the weather app we did from the Plus workshop! Working full-time, these lessons were very easy to incorporate into my busy schedule and I was able to learn & complete my homework without the pressure of an imminent deadline. These weeks were very challenging, there are still many things I need to work on JavaScript, but I feel proud I got it until this point. I totally recommend going down this path, it helps you not only professionally, but personally, since you develop logic skills you could also apply on a daily basis. I will definitely continue with the next project to keep on improving my coding skills to hopefully boost my professional profile and get where I want to be. I really enjoy the part where I am coding and I can see it's working (it's stressful when it does not work LOL), but once you see the results, it's all worth it.
This is a very interesting course for beginners. At the end, you can make your own simple website. Homework gets harder each time and makes you look for ways to get things done. I recommend it!

I studied computer science in college about two years ago but eventually dropped the classes because I felt I couldn't understand or keep up with the materials. I must say that the Basic's coding workshop is extremely beginner friendly, efficient, and affordable. Before I almost gave up completely with being able to learn how to code and move forward into tech but now, I have my confidence back! I have got to admit, starting out was ROUGH, for me. I am completely new to the world of coding and to say I struggled, is an understatement.
