My coding journey so far has been eventful, intriguing, and above all a well of knowledge. With Shecodes plus, I now understand how javascript functions work. In most of the lessons, I hear Matt say 'this may be difficult for you to understand at this stage, but it is all fine', and with this assurance, I look forward to the lesson and always remind myself that it is fine, even though I may be finding it difficult to comprehend. I am particularly fascinated with the fact that I built the weather app with real-time data that actually works. Thank you SheCodes for this lifetime opportunity.

I recommend this course! you will literally touch on every bit of the necessary features in front-end web development. Without this course I wouldn't understand the concept of API or hosting the web-app eventhough I am a game programmer.

I've always wanted to formally learn coding because my career has required me to edit it for various reasons (websites, newsletters, widgets, etc). I was getting by with limited knowledge, hunches, and the mundane cycle of trial and error. I thought taking a course would be too hard, especially while I work. I was so wrong. Coding is fun and the knowledge I gained will serve me in my current and future roles! If you're on the fence—do it scared!
I had a lot of fun with this workshop. I learned a lot of new techniques, and I'm exited to keep learning more with SheCodes. 😍😊
The Basics Add-On was a really fun and quick course to add finesse to a page.
It was a very interesting project. I definitely learned a lot of new things.
I needed to bring myself back to coding after a break and this module provides just the right amount of work and gets you back on track.
It has been so helpful to be able to learn coding on my own time by watching Matt's thorough tutorial videos. A big part of what makes this course very helpful as well is the Slack community. Being able to see similar issues others face and seeing solutions is a big help when I would get stuck. I'm a UI/UX Designer, so I don't need to create code in my job, but this course has made it much easier for me to talk with developers and I am now more comfortable exploring code in inspect mode in order to find things out myself. Thank you, SheCodes!

Learning coding makes you think more logical, and brings you into a different way of communicating, receiving and putting out information and commands, in order to achieve the end goal. I find the course challenging but satisfying, making me egger to move on to the next task. You have slack, where you can meet other women from all over the world, that are experiencing the same as you. Really enjoying the course. This is the first internet course that has ever court, my attention, and i am happy I joined up.

I am a mom of 2 very young children who doesn't have much time to learn, and consider myself a slow learner. I was hesitant to start at first, however I found Matt's way of teaching was so easy to understand as he really guide me step by step. I also love how Matt encourages us to look for answers in Google and it was quite easy to find solutions in Slack. Shecodes team had been very friendly and gave a fast response to my enquiries. I've never thought learning how to code can be this fun! Thank you Matt and team! What I love most about this course is it's toughtfulness in arranging the packages from Basic to Max, so I can test the water to know whether or not I'll learn further about coding. Very well done!

I must admit that I wasn't expecting this to be quite this fun. I joined for practical reasons: I am an artist and I need to be able to create and curate my own page independently so that's why I initially joined. Now I am already feeling very comfortable with coding and it's only been a few days! Matt is a very very clear teacher and the extra resources and extra readings only enrich my knowledge. I must however add that I do have some previous experience with coding-like languages given that I now have 4 years of experience writing in LateX and some university experience with instructing a 3D printer and other lab equipment. I would advise a complete beginner to take it easy. Still! Couldn't have been smoother.

SheCodes Plus was a fulfilling journey for me - racked my brains as I was introduced to API (the most exciting part), worked on advanced Javascript, pieced everything together, and built my very own weather app. Love the bite-sized videos and how Matt provided industry advice and tips in his capacity as a professional coder (on top of being a teacher).

SheCodes Basics is a great Workshop! I learned important things about html, css, JavaScript and created my own html page. This Workshop shows how the html pages work on the "other" side of the laptop screen.
This Add-on workshop was loads of fun. I learned some amazing skills in javascript that I can apply to some more complex future projects. It was the right amount of challenging and fun. Looking forward to the responsive workshop next!

I highly suggest shecodes to ones who are in the first step of learning, the primary benefit is that the schedule is flexible and also it allows student to work in the environment with less needing materials or get a subscription from other software.

She Codes Plus was a great beginner course. I feel like it helped me figure out if I would love or hate coding (I love it!) I can't wait to continue my learning.
it was an interesting/tasking training process. Never would have imagined me coding. Thanks Mat and the Shecodes team for the great job they are doing.
I have tested out a few other coding courses online but always ended up leaving and searching for a new one. Matt explained everything perfectly and even taught me how to do additional research to make my websites even better than what the homework requires me to do. The support from the SheCodes team was also a wonderful experience for me, I felt comfortable knowing that my questions are always welcome. I have been logging on every day for 2-3 weeks straight and I actually enjoy learning here, I will be completing the advanced workshops.
I was scared to learn coding, but decided to challenge myself! This workshop was fun and easy to follow. If I can do it, you can too!

Really easy to use platform, short no waffle training videos that you can watch in your own time but with a (flexible if need be) deadline to keep you on track
