This workshop was very hard for me to get through at times. With my full-time job, and wrapping up this last semester of college, it was hard to put in the time necessary to finish this workshop. I started SheCodes basics as a complete beginner with zero experience in coding. Doing the last project made me realize that indeed anything is possible if you put your mind to it. I still can't believe I did. Coding always was something mysterious and difficult for me. But with such talented teacher as Matt I think it's possible to learn even for someone without any related background. There's a lot to learn for sure but I see now it's real and with strong motivation and right resource as SheCodes anyone can do it. Finishing this course really boosted my self-esteem and I'm ready for the next course!

SheCodes Plus was quite challenging, especially for me, as I started without any technical background. However, the curriculum was very well thought out; it began with a review of basics, followed by the introduction of one concept in each lesson. Finally, we had two weeks of review, akin to assembling pieces of a jigsaw puzzle. Matt Dellac is a phenomenal teacher; his amazing teaching style made the workshop more engaging and down-to-earth. At times, I felt like he was reading my mind and answering my questions π . I still feel like a toddler in my coding journey, but Iβm not afraid because the incredible SheCodes Team has always been there to help me. I know I can count on their support whenever I struggle to figure out what Iβm doing. π

Very challenging workshop for javascript but Matt explained everything patiently for first timer like me. It is a fun and good workshop to learn about coding and I'm excited to go for next level now.
Choosing to learn how to code was best decision I made and I honestly think it's because of SheCodes, because at some point I was ready to give up. I love how clear Matt is during the lessons, so its easy to understand what he is saying, and how he always motivates us to give it our all. I'm excited to continue with this adventure.

Excellent introduction to coding. The way Matt explains is super understandable and easy to grasp. Each of the topics is explained with accompanying activities for practice, which is great.
I always like the add-ons as they're a great chance to practice what you learnt in the main course making everything clearer, they're easier to complete and - as such - less frustrating and a bit more fun, plus Matt always adds something new and useful that's not included in the main course.

At first I was not shure whether any of my coding affords works and are good enough in comparison to the other's web pages I saw in the Internet, but tried my best anyway. I was quite started to see how many cool thing I could do and this inspired me not to give up and keep going no matter what.

I have always had an interest in software development, but many times I was told "that is a man's job". SheCodes has empowered me to do the impossible in this society. I feel like a new lady, a free young woman who has learned the basics of coding! And what's even better? I didn't need maths to understand, as Matt said, coding is like learning a new language. SheCodes program makes coding simple and easy to understand, i enjoyed my 3 weeks of coding with Matt
The workshops in SheCodes are easy to understand as someone who never even know about coding. The way Matt explain things are simple but in details which makes the learning experience all the better.
In last few weeks, Matt and the SheCodes team taught me a lot of the necessary skills I would need if I decide to pursue freelance coding + design projects. I can now say that I have a good grasp of HTML, CSS, and Javascript. I'm so grateful for the opportunity SheCodes has given me!

For almost a few years now, I have been wanting to learn coding, but I have struggled to find the time and motivation to do so. Furthermore, I was unaware of any organized courses for self-learning, and I found the idea of coding to be burdensome and difficult. However, I was fortunate enough to discover SheCodes, which has completely transformed my perspective on coding. Matt Delac's teaching method is exceptional, and he makes coding seem both enjoyable and easy to learn. I am amazed at how much I now enjoy coding, something I never thought possible. Previously, I had viewed coding as dull and boring compared to the colorful world of design, but SheCodes has completely changed my mind. I can't wait to learn more!

If you are wondering if you can learn to code around a busy schedule such as juggling a full-time job and attending children's school and sport activities, the answer is YES, you can! Lessons are divided into bite-size pieces. The instructor's micro-learning structure enables students to learn a little at a time and at their own pace. Lessons include tutorial videos and support along the way. When I began my course a couple of weeks ago, I was uncertain if I could really be successful. I am so grateful I stretched my comfort zone and gave it a try! It was so rewarding to see my finished product. Even better, was the look on my children's faces when they saw what I was able to accomplish in a short timeframe! Thanks to Matt, the instructor, and the SheCodes team, I feel empowered to continue learning to code. Whether you are young or young-at-heart, whether you are busy with work or family --whatever your situation is-- if you are wondering if you can really do this "coding thing," the answer is: YES, you can!

I just wanted to share a quick note about She Codes and let everyone know that this is one of the best programs/workshop I have ever joined. I'm glad I have decided to work overtime to pay for this workshop certificates because it is worth every penny. It is beyond my expectations Matt and his team are excellent communicative and if you need anything it is very easy to navigate your account to what you are looking for.
