SheCodes, was the perfect introduction to coding. I thoroughly enjoyed it! The lessons were easy to understand and showed step-by-step making the process easy for the student. I completed this alongside work and didn't find the workload to be difficult to manage which reduced my stress levels. The team were helpful and it has ignited a passion I always thought was there but I was nervous to try. So thank you for giving me the confidence to try!

I've found the course interesting, and homework is challenging in a good way. I like it how it is broken down into small sections, so I can always go back to review that particular section, instead of running a long video. I'm glad I've joined it.
Picked this up again after a while - was good to expand on the existing knowledge i had and refreshing them too!

Was a great course, easy to learn and understand. I loved that you had short homework to do after every class.
I have gained more confidence in my ability to grasp the content. This course is definitely more advanced and at times, there was a lot of problem-solving along the way! I still have a long way to go to be able to code on my own, but overall it's really exciting to see your project come to life in step-by-step increments and I cannot wait to learn more.
This course felt really different from the others, I enjoyed following along to build the weather app again in React in weeks 5 and 6, however I dont feel at all confident in what i've watched, seen, 'learned' or my ability to do any of this on my own.
SheCodes has helped me learn and understand the fundamental concepts of JavaScript, css and html. I have really enjoyed learning all these new skills and I am beyond excited to continue my journey in Coding with SheCodes! Thank you, SheCodes 🥹🤍

Great course
Really easy to follow and a great way to learn the basics. The bite sized lessons made it easy to stick to the course, and appreciated that the course was only 3 weeks and yet still allowed for project extensions when life got a little busier than planned!
I took a chance to learn a new skill because I was intrigued by coding. I don't regret one bit, it has been a great way to learn something new and have a hidden skill for future. The lessons are great to follow and there is a lot of well thought out resources to help. And I love that it allows me to be creative digitally.
Having no prior experience in coding I found this workshop to be perfect for absolute beginners. I had a lot of fun playing around with HTML and CSS selectors to style my final project. I'm officially addicted to coding and its endless refinement 🤪

A very satisfying course to complete, I learned a lot about building a user friendly website
This unit was a tad tricky but I made it through by taking little breaks and giving my head and eyes a rest. You feel so achieved once you've completed it!
My time with She Codes has been amazing. The lessons are great and very easy to understand, making learning to code simple. I'm surprised and excited that I can now code! It's really not as hard as I thought it would be 😁.

This workshop really opened my eyes! I had no prior knowledge in any sort of coding languages but Matt and the team at SheCodes really helped me understand and use the basics. I couldn't recommend this workshop more!. If you want to start your coding journey this is the place to start, tje content is very in-depth and the team is very helpful if you get stuck.
SheCodes tutorials have been insightful. The online learning videos provide you with enough information to get you started and get your critical thinking skills active. I come from a sales process background where the steps are straight forward and simple. Learning to code really opens up the mind where you have to think more in depth, literal step by step. I'm looking forward to using my new coding skills and implementing it in my work life.
SheCodes Responsive was another great but challenging workshop. I felt during this workshop I really got to learn and implement a lot of fantastic skills. Same as the other workshops, the content was easy to follow and Matt is a fantastic teacher. The final project really challenges you to bring everything you've learnt together to make an amazing webpage. Highly recommend if you're really serious about front-end development as a career!

I really enjoyed this workshop and will definitely join another one soon. I didn't think coding would be something I could ever do, but little by little I've learned! I appreciate the fact that this is self paced as I have a busy work schedule.
The Basics course reinforced the knowledge I had on completing basic front-end dev. The course structure is way better than any other free and paid course I've tried online, and I appreciate the quick feedback!
I have enjoyed learning about html, css and JavaScript in an easy to understand way. The course content is well structured.
This is the most challenging project, especially dealing with the bugs and terminal. I am looking forward to do more react projects

Well paced, highly informative and guided course. Can recommend this to everyone who doesn't have any experience in coding and want to start from scratch.
The challenges were so fun and I enjoyed each course as it's guided step-by-step; not overwhelming.
I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed this course. I was slightly apprehensive when I started, and worried the instructions would be confusing/unclear. However, I found the structure of the course to be straightforward to follow, and all of the challenges/homework had very clear guidelines of what was expected.
It is really surprising how much you can learn in such a small amount of time.
I loved learning with SheCodes and there is a whole community to help you when you get stuck which is even better. I highly recommend SheCodes Basics!

Taking this coding course was a great experience. Even the tough parts were explained in a simple and easy-to-understand way. It made learning not just easy, but also fun. This course has a special way of making coding seem less scary and more like an exciting journey of discovery.

I am 31 and looking to change careers. I've always been fascinated with how computers work, how they do all the amazing things they do. SheCodes was advertised on instagram whilst I was looking at jobs like Online Marketing and I thought "What a good skill to have." It applies to so many careers and I had some time off of work to dedicate to learning a new skill. The SheCodes Basics course has been amazing. The bite-sized lessons and challenges to test what you've just learnt is an incredible teaching technique. I've enjoyed it so much and have recommended it to friends. The SheCodes Plus Add On workshop was challenging at times, but built on my knowledge of JS that I learnt in the SheCodes Plus workshop. The final project was fun to make!
I thought this was a great course for beginners! I found it both challenging and rewarding and I enjoyed Matt's teaching style. If coding is something you've ever been curious about but are not sure where to begin, I would highly recommend starting here! I'm so glad that I took a chance on it and gave it a try :)

Building a portfolio is a fun project to work on and I try not to be a perfectionist when it comes to responsive but it takes a bit of time to learn and build that kind of skills.
I'm so amazed at how much I've learnt in a span of a week! This workshop has been so much fun and Matt truly explains every step concisely. I'm also quite proud with how far I've come juggling a full-time job along with a full social calendar. This goes to say that with motivation, you can truly do anything :)

This course showed me that coding really is for anyone. The bite-sized lessons are easy to follow, students are encouraged to practice everything immediately, and if you need help there's always someone to ask. As a complete beginner, after finishing this course I feel far more confident and eager to deepen my knowledge.
