As a beginner to coding with no experience in IT, I found this course very easy to follow and understand. I had a lot of fun doing the beginner course. I find it great that the course is paced well even for someone with a full time job. Having due dates for the assignments while also having the leniency to change them as needed really pushed me to finish the course with minimal pressure and stress. I would highly recommend this course!
I enjoyed the SheCodes course, each lesson is explained in an easy way to follow. The Slack community is great to get support along the way.
It was useful to learn to set up the dates and times for different time zones. I also really liked incorporating and using moment into my code.
I have got a Fashion Design degree, and I have always worked in Marketing & Sales. Thinking about coding, IT, and technology in general used to be so far from my reality... until a month ago. SheCodes made this transition so easy and smooth that now my curiosity about this world is growing into something bigger, which I want to pursue. Not to mention that being part of a community of amazing women is something inspiring on another level.
This has been a fun learning challenge with a lot of insight into what it takes to make a functional website. I look forward to making the other projects like this one in future and gaining more confidence with coding.
The information provided is fantastic - sure I had to do some googling here and there (can't expect Matt to give away all of the answers) but I've learned so much and am looking forward to moving on to more advanced techniques.

This was a challenging, engaging and comprehensive educational course. I have learnt so much due to the way each lesson is presented. The community in Slack is so supportive and the SheCodes team is extremely efficient when I reached out for help.

SheCodes has offered an amazing program, with detailed lessons that cover all of the basics. Matt is a brilliant teacher and I loved the way the lessons, homework and projects were organised.
This workshop was an excellent extension to the Weather app, and built a bit further on the principles we learned before. Definitely worth the time and effort, and I feel more confident tackling different APIs now.

I found the course really informative and even though I am a complete beginner, I felt as though I could understand everything and put it into practice.

A great, challenging course! Matt is an excellent teacher - the material was concise and easy to understand. I loved how well-structured the course is and the focus on practical/hands-on experience. I signed up for SheCodes Basics and I was immediately hooked! I'd always thought coding was so difficult and I'd need to be really good at math (I suck at math), but the workshop busted those myths. I appreciated that each lesson was bite-sized - it kept me wanting to learn more, without being overwhelmed. Learning new languages has always been a challenging task. Sometimes, we never know from where to start. Before joining SheCodes, I had no knowledge of Programming languages like HTML, CSS and JavaScript. The best part was that the tutorials and course material is designed in such a way that it will make the coding journey more interesting and easier to understand.

I was nervous when I started the course and it was a bit daunting at first as I had no idea at all how to code before this.
