This is an excellent resource to learn the very basics of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The lessons are well-structured, making it easy for beginners to grasp every new concept.
Wow! I am very impressed with myself and the progress so far. Just take a look at my project and you will see how much I have improved in just a couple of weeks. The regular hands-on homework makes learning very fast and even though SheCode is an online workshop, the learning structure is very good. I am so impressed. SheCodes is definitely a must have workshop for every lady looking to transition into tech. Cant wait to continue, my learning. I am loving this everyday.
I liked how each lesson is built on and adds to the skills that we've learned so far. I found it very helpful that the instructor explains each step along the way.
I really enjoyed being able to complete the project alongside the instructor and having the instructor explain their thought process. It really helps to understand how I should be approaching each project.

I really enjoyed the She Codes responsive program even tho I was kinda short on deadlines sometimes, so the fact that we can require a one-week extension is a great option 😅 anyways, I've learned a lot of new things in this new program so I highly recommend going this far in the She Codes program 👍
I did enjoy class but weekly deadlines are sometimes not achievable for someone who works full time and runs a business.
This course was very fun and very easy to follow, I recommend this course especially if you would like to be a front-end developer.
I enjoyed the course but I do feel like I spent more than 5 hours a week to really understand the information I was given. It is very fast pace but informative, I feel like I have good basic knowledge of web development.

Great course! Super easy to learn. Also it's great that you can organise your time to complete lessons and challenges by yourself. Sometimes I lacked a more detailed explanation, but in general the workshop is super.
The key point of developing a user-friendly website is to make it responsive. All you need is the responsive SheCodes workshop. SheCodes makes it super easy and cool for you to master making responsive websites.
I very much enjoyed the past 3 weeks of learning how to code with SheCodes. I was nervous at first but once a few days go by then the full 3 weeks I am amazed how much I learned, was easy to understand and how I feel at the end is truly fantastic. I would highly recommend this course to everyone I know. I am sad that this is the end, I will be upgrading to the Max program soon. I am excited to see what the future has in store.

There's a lot to learn each week but the material is laid out in a way that is easy to follow. The challenges are very helpful for reviewing and practising the skills covered in each lesson.
The way the workshop is set up to build your skills bit by bit is really great and makes the learning process not so intimidating.
This kind of learning is what I really wanted from longtime ago. I've always been intrigued and curious by how all those webpages are built and really wanted to find courses. I loved doing the workshops, even though I really hadn't enough time I love doing the research; the challenge of resolving sometimes the bug is so excinting. I really had fun! Awesome intiative Matt for creating this for women and great job team!
The basics course seems to have been well structured into bite-sized, easy to understand and remember videos and challenges. I liked having the chance to summarize at the end of each week in the form of homework. I would say the course is busy-life friendly. I was relieved to have the chance to apply for extensions when life happened. Overall, I had a lot of fun finishing this course especially, the final project.

This was a really fun add on. course correcting when working with APIs is a must and this course gives you the knowledge to know what to keep trying at.
The videos break down the steps in such a logical way thats easy to follow. Athena AI could quickly answer any technical questions that could have taken hours looking for on Google or waiting for replies in Slack (although Slack help was also pretty quick!) I feel like I'm not intimidated by coding anymore and am interested to learn more and apply my new skills! 🤩

I can't express how much of a good instructor Matt is. The lessons were extremely easy to understand, and even when the concept itself was difficult, he made sure to break it down and explain it step by step, so one can gain full comprehension of what is being taught. 10/10 recommend.
I tried out SheCodes because I wanted to get a taste for the subject of coding and see if I liked it without spending big amounts of money to go to a university. Matt does a great job of making the lessons understandable while still providing little challenges that push you to explore further and keep you engaged in the material.
SheCodes was a fun learning experience and a great opportunity to try something new! There was a well-defined structure to the lessons and a good timeline. I enjoyed the opportunity to learn coding in a fun and interactive way. I probably would have never consider learning this subject if SheCodes hadn't made it so smooth and accessible.
This course is much harder then Basics, but I've learnt a lot and want to continue this journey. I find it useful and challenging.

I loved getting comfortable with React a second time around. As I am building my portfolio, I am realizing how much I have enjoyed making my Add-Ons projects! I can just see my progression with coding and can't wait to learn more and more!

Good intro to React
After completing this workshop I was able to created an advanced world clock app where I learned how to integrate live time from around the world.
The workshop was a great learning experience for me. In a short period of time, I learned how to optimize websites for responsiveness through its well-designed curriculum. I have been so happy with my SheCodes experience. I was most worried about learning React but Matt made it so easy to follow and understand. I liked building another weather app because it really shows you the differences between JS and React.

I am amazed at what I was able to learn in 3 weeks. Matt's teaching style made the content easy to understand and digest. The challenges at the end of each lesson were great at allowing me to apply what I had just learned. This helped me with retaining the lesson details so that I could easily apply them in the next lesson.
I highly suggest completing this add-on! This knowledge on grids is definitely something I'll use moving forward.
