I did this workshop during a stressful period of my life, but I was still able to follow along the instructions and make my own functional weather app.
I started this workshop knowing nothing about coding, and in a mere three weeks I learned how to build a website with user interactions and other features. I feel that I have acquired a very useful set of skills in a very short time.

I cannot say this enough: this project was amazing! The more I progress through SheCodes bootcamps, the more exciting the projects are! SheCodes has a great system of learning while practicing, it makes it stimulating since you can integrate the theory into practice in every class. It makes it easy to not get lost, since every topic is well structured and clear.

The 'ecossystem' created-the team support, the community of coders, the radio to keep you motivated, and Delac Foundation are remarkable, they state an example for other companies. Highly recommend SheCodes Basics, it requires some time management if you're working too, but it is totally manageable, so take the risk, you definitely won't regret it.

I liked the fact that I could be attendign classes, in my own rythm, and also make the workshops some days later than the deadline, which gave me a lot of room to work with.
I really enjoyed this course! It was perfect for getting a taste of what coding entails without making a huge commitment upfront. Each lesson was easy to follow and the challenges were fun and creative.
I would have never thought it would be possible for me to become interested in coding but I had a lot of fun! It really is amazing to be able to create something out of nothing and lots of fun when something does not work and you have to figure out why! This is my second experience with SheCodes, and was amazing. I was able do learn so much more, in a few months. Was a bit hard to keep a full time job and the course at the same time, but it was flexible enough, and i was able to finish.

When I joined SheCodes, I had zero coding experience, and Matt made coding so easy to learn. I love the way the lessons are divided into short videos, and they give a new activity in almost every lesson to put into practice what has been learned and makes it easier to memorize the information. First time completing a course by choice! I have been thinking about trying out coding for a while and when I saw the advert on my Instagram feed I could not resist. I am a complete beginner with 0 experience or knowledge in coding, SheCodes teaching style is very helpful and easy to understand.

Being able to practice everything we learn is the key to learn. But with SheCodes you go one step forward because you learn the fundamentals and then you are able to explore and do everything for yourself!
Before SheCodes I believed every clichรฉ about programming and I thought it wasn't for me. The free class was very important to demystify those ideas and made me curious to try it out and see if I could do it. Turns out I could not only do it, I could enjoy it.

My name is Sandra, I'm a molecular biologist. At university I learned programming in C and I hated it. Since then I have never had the slightest interest in learning to code. Recently, I've been interacting with programmers and I'm fascinated by the amount of things that it is possible to create. I attended to the free SheCodes workshop and I liked the way Matt explained the concepts, so I decided to sign up for SheCodes basic... and I loved it! It was easy to learn the concepts, the challenges at the end of each class made it easier to keep up with the topics. Plus it was super easy manage even with a full-time job. I'm very excited to keep learning and maybe signing up for SheCodes Pro . It was a great learning experience :)
I really enjoyed learning the basics of code. The best part is that you can do your own schedule and organize your work as you wish. It's easy to follow and very practical. As a Marketeer, I was able to learn valuable concepts that are already helping me in my everyday work. I truly enjoyed this class and can't wait to learn more in the future!

The weather app was quite a challenging project ๐ . Javascript isn't easy, but in the end, I'm very happy with the results. I had so much fun designing and developing this app, and I can't wait to start my next project.

This has been amazing! I had previously tried to learn some programming languages but most information didn't stick. Throughout this workshop, I gained more confidence while having fun with the tasks. The course is very well-structured with tutorials that are very easy to understand, followed by homework that helps solidify this theory and put it into practice. By the end of it, I feel like I've acquired useful new skills that I can't wait to improve on.

I loved the SheCodes Basics Workshop. I didn't have any coding experience and I didn't know anything about what is taught in SheCodes. During the workshop, I was always thinking that it was going to be in the next lesson that I wouldn't understand the content, but that never happened! The short videos with Mattยดs clear and straightforward explanations guide you step by step and cement knowledge, one on top of the other. From the beginning I had no doubts that I was really learning and Iยดve completed the challenges and projects with confidence in what I was doing. And to get to know some coding and learning tools used by professionals is really valuable. If you, like me, have realized that programming skills can make your projects come true, SheCodes Basics is a wonderful and very useful way to get started. On the other hand, if you still need to understand if programming can help you with something, it will certainly be enlightening. Congratulations to the SheCodes team for their amazing work!

SheCodes Plus was such a wild ride! I really did have a great time. So many challenges and so many emotions, all resulting in a website I'm so proud of!
