SheCodes was such a great experience and I feel learnt a lot. The classes are short so you don't get bored and the challenges help you see if you really understood what was taught. Really had a lot of fun these past weeks.

I studied Design and always wanted to know more about coding, and SheCodes seemed like the perfect place to begin! The workshop is full of useful information, and there's always a lot of support anytime you need it. I loved it and can't wait to see what the future in coding holds for me!

What a ride this has been. I cannot believe I did it, I built an entire website app! It's crazy to look back to January, when my journey with SheCodes started and realize how far I have come, all the way from the intro workshop where everything was new and scary and amazing, all at the same time to today, finishing my project, delivering a fully functioning weather app. I am beyond grateful for this incredible experience, I feel SO accomplished. SheCodes opened up a path into a possible new career and I am looking forward to jump right in! Now it's time to get some well deserved rest and get readyyy to start the React course :)

I never thought I'd like coding as much I do now! I first took the free coding class and I was really curious about this "world". Joining SheCodes was one of the best decisions I've made recently and I'm on my way to SheCodes+. I heard about SheCodes and saw the opportunity to re-connect with coding. It was a very challenging course, but definitely learned a lot in the past few weeks. What an amazing experience.
I have a scientific background so coding for me was really a new (and exciting) experience! I have always had a keen eye for details and thought how fun and cool would be to create projects related to typography, colours and patterns. Since last year I decided to look for courses within tech that could utilize these skills. As soon as I found SheCodes I sign up for the webinar, and after that, I decided to go forward. I couldn't be happier with what I have learnt so far. Matt and all the team is really helpful and I definitely recommend it. I am very inclined to jump to the advanced course ๐
It was a fantastic learning experience! The entire workshop structure allows you to learn in a quick and clear way and get you motivated. I signed up for this workshop out of curiosity and the acquisition of new knowledge and ended up with the urge of developing that knowledge to a professional level.
I think this is a great course to get started and at least be able to look at code with a better understanding of what some of it means.

Very good workshop. Great for from-scratch-beginners like me. The videos are easy to watch, Matt is a very good teacher, the recurring challenges make it easy to keep up with the learnings and the self-paced format makes it easy to balance with our day-to-day. Bear in mind that it is really beginners level, meaning, manage your expectations as you won't come out of the workshop as an autonomous coder, being able to "upload" your website or gather data from user interactions.
This is my first experience with coding and I couldn't be happier with what I have learned in this first course. This program has really pushed me to further my education. Very glad I did this!
I feel like if you have a basic knowledge of HTML and Javascript, you should pick SheCodes Plus. I did the beginner course, which taught me a few things, but felt like it wasn't enough, so I decided to take the next step, and it was the best decision. I learned so much, I felt truly challenged and had so much fun along the way. I was able to do the classes at my own pace, which is ideal when you are juggling the full time job's responsibilities and workload.
It has been an awesome experience, Thanks Matt! I am actually going through all lessons again, because although it teaches you how to program as a beginner with very short, clear and straightforward tutorials, we (students) end up most of the times copying code instead of memorising it, so it is up to us through consistent work and by trying to memorize things instead of always copying code that we start to understand the whole language so that it comes to us naturally. Practice makes perfect! Highly Recommend.
I recommend SheCodes Workshops since they have challenges at the end of every video which helps you understand better the code. The challenges also make you step out of your comfort zone and work your logic skills.
This first workshop was very enriching for me as I felt that I enjoy learning code. This course suits me for the simplicity and practicality of its way and, also, I find all the materials are easy to follow and enjoyable. I'm going to go to the other workshops as well! I already knew some back end programming languages that I learned in university and other online courses, but at SheCodes I had by far the best learning experience. The autonomous learning contributed to increase my interest on the subject; it got me really motivated to know and practice more, and to work on my creativity!

Programming has always been something that I found fascinating. So I decided to sign up for SheCodes for the 3 week course. I liked it a lot! Super affordable for beginners and super fun! Classes are adjustable to each person's schedule and super easy to follow. It was almost a therapy! I really recommend.
After watching the free 1-hour demo I was curious and decided to give coding a chance. The platform is super organized and it is very easy to follow the contents. I'm very happy with my progress and, when the opportunity arises, I will be glad to do the following workshops.

Really good course for the price. Great videos, exercises, team always supports you and answers your questions. It was really surprising to see a digital course with such a high quality. Ended this course being able to deliver not only the weather app features required for the final project, but also other features that you learn along the course. for someone who had 0 background on coding, I believe I got a lot from the course since I can now set up an app or website from scratch writing HTML, CSS and Java script

Although I already had experience with HTML and CSS, the workshop explained to me the theory behind the code that was used, which up until now I only did it mechanically, without fully understanding the reasons behind using it. I was really scared about learning JavaScript, since it was the first time I worked with it. Having challenges after almost every lesson, was also a great way to retain the knowledge. I would highly recommend SheCodes to anyone and I'll probably come back and enroll in other course to improve and increase my coding skills.
I didn't have any coding experience and to be honest I thought coding wasn't very interesting. That all changed when a friend of mine recommended this workshop and I decided to give it a chance. I must say that it was worth it!! I liked it so much more than I thought I would and the structure of the workshop is really well done for beginners. In the future, I hope I can learn more about Coding, as it is very useful nowadays, and this workshop gave me the basis for that.
