The course is very well structured. Having a practical case immediately after the theoretical lesson works very well, as you put the content you've learned into practice straight away. I loved being able to take the course when it suited me best and reviewing the content over and over again. Matt Delac is clear and very objective in his explanations! I can only recommend SheCodes! As a healthcare professional with almost zero knowledge in this area, I have always wanted to innovate and acquire programming knowledge that can help me enhance my performance, as well as having the possibility of doing other things outside of my job. This beginners workshop was the perfect way to start on this path. It was easy, intuitive and not boring at all.
As someone who had limited exposure to coding, I was initially apprehensive. However, this course provided not only a welcoming and inclusive environment but also outstanding assistance to help further understand the exercises. The SheCodes Basics Add-On was so cool and so useful to consolidate the acquired knowledge! I can now create more dynamic content and switch themes (almost eheh) effortlessly.

I loved it! I wanted to apply for this workshop for a long time, but I was always postponing because I'm not very good with computers and had no idea of what to expect about coding, but one day I decided to have a go, "Why not?", and I just loved it! Everything is well structured and I am really surprised with myself, because I never thought I would made it. I will definitely do another workshop! Totally recommend it! π

The most challenging course so far! I really wanted to learn react, it was undoubtedly the hardest course so far but also the most rewarding! I was a little sorry that the final project was again a weather app, but I understand since it touches on almost all the important points. Very happy to be on this journey and to keep learning! This workshop helped me broaden my interests and was super easy to follow. While (very!) challenging, the step-by-step approach made it easy to follow and learn the classes and I was always very eager to complete the challenges and the weekly homeworks. The Slack channels help you with any questions you may have and there is always someone there to help you! I will for sure continue to learn with SheCodes! :)

Never thought that coding could be so logical and simultaneously challanging! It was a good experience learning the basis of coding and be able to build something through it. I definitely will be back for the next workshops!
SheCodes Basics is a very well organized workshop! It is easy to follow each lesson step-by-step, even without any previous programming knowledge/skills (which was my case). In just 3 weeks, this course taught me the most important basics of HTML, CSS and JavaScript. I can now understand the building blocks of any HTML landing page. I was excited to learn how to code because I love design and have had a prior experience on implementation of content in back office, Β so I thought this could be a good choice of career. It was a very (very) simple project, specially if you've done she codes plus. I kinda feel like this could very easily been taught within shecodes plus, not sure it needs it's own little project. It's very similar to the final project of the plus, with the exception that because you're using intervals, it's so easy to upgrade time and date...

The SheCodes workshop had been on my wish list for a while, as I always wanted to learn how to program (just for fun). I'm so glad I finally did it - I learned a lot. The methodology is great and this experience made me consider to sign up for the other workshops.
