Currently I am working full time and attending SheCodes Worshops after work. After completing the Plus workshop all I wanted was to keep learning and diving into the Plus-Add On! I've tried to learn JavaScript so many times and ended up quiting, however, with these workshops and Matt's explanations and the support from the slack channel, I felt like this is the right method for me to learn and to keep improving. I am motivated to continue learning and making more projects, and I can not wait to start the enxt workshop!
The course allowed me to learn new aspects and new passions. If you want to exceed yourself, try it!

The Responsive Workshop, was the best and super easy, when working on the previous workshops, it always bothered me, how hard it would be to make a website responsive, on all types of platforms and SheCodes Responsive proved me, that getting the best results is way easier than I thought! π± Absolutely loved the Responsive Workshop! π₯°π
I liked working on this project, besides the fact that I had the opportunity to show my passion, it was fun to juggle the photos to get the desired collage.

During this workshop I learned a lot of new things and I was feeling that I was growing from one week to another. I think I learned valuable information in order to be able to pursue a career in this area.
After finishing my weather app I felt so happy to look back and think about everything I've learned so far! Matt explains really well and the fact that you can go back and watch the videos everytime you want helped me a lot. I feel like I have a lot to learn, but this workshop is really helping me improve and it's helping me staying motivated to continue and keep learning. I am glad that I found SheCodes and I surely recomend these workshops, because they are amazing! Also, I found a community of women who, like me, are learning, studying and it really helps me mainting the focus, because I don't feel alone, at all!! Super recommend!
It was really empowering to create my own portfolio website. I dream of doing this for a living and creating my website helped me to start feeling like a developer. I highly recommend doing additional reading and exploring on YouTube in addition to this course. This course is amazing for giving the basics, however, it doesn't cover topics like mobile-first development.

This workshop was very important in order to create a responsive webpage as part of another project during my path with Shecodes. It really helped me to improve and develop my coding skills as a Front-end developer.
Honestly this was a really fun course! It was easy to understand and do and now i have genuine interest in coding and what i could possibly do with it.

It was a very simple project but with a lot of different techniques being applied. I think it was over-simplified at times - I know that if I wouldn't have a bit of previous knowledge (I mean deeper than she codes basisc) some concepts would have been confusing. Also I think it should have proper english captions, instead of the automatic ones.

Enjoyed this add on course as it went back to vanilla CSS that makes you think a bit more than convenient tools. Now I feel comfortable making my websites responsive and accessible for all platforms and users.

SheCodes Basics is a great course to do if you are wondering if you would be interested in a tech career or even if you just want to gain some new and valuable skills. The format is really well done and engaging - it's great to have regular exercises and homework to keep up with what you are learning. Definitely worth the investment!

This Basics Add On was as expected another challenging coding experience. The way Matt breaks down everything into small steps and explains all the logic into it, it really makes it easier. Looking forward for the next workshop!
React is not an easy tool and certainly requires a lot of practice, but the project touched plenty of functions, tools and errors that may happen. The Slack help was certainly a plus with some VSC errors with react.

I recently completed the SheCodes Basics program, and it was an incredible learning experience. Matt walked us through the fundamentals of web development, and the videos were well-structured and simple to follow, with lots of practical activities to reinforce the theory. I had a decent understanding of HTML and CSS and could build a basic landing page from scratch. I also learned about web design and programming best practices, which I may apply to future projects. I was a complete beginner when I joined SheCodes and signed up for the Basics workshop. It was short but efficient and I learned a lot with the challenges. I really enjoyed it and I can't wait to continue my coding journey!
I never thought I would be able to write a line of code and make it functional, but SheCodes made me believe. I loved the experience, the videos in each lesson are very enlightening and the practice exercises are great. They are not exact copies of the examples given in the lessons, which makes it all the better to practice. Step by step, Matt makes you able to build something. I can't wait to continue and sign up for a new workshop!
