This has been a fun beginning to this coding journey ! Everything is extremely well explained and well paced, but there's also the factor of pushing us to research and try and figure out things for ourselves, which allow us to continue learning a bit beyond what we are being taught.

I like it! The first is that the introductory course does not last long and this allows you to clearly feel the time limits and understand if the coding is convenient for you. Thank you, Delac Foundation for giving me an opportunity to learn the basics of a profession I have never thought I would ever master. The explanations were clear, homeworks challenging but interesting to do. For this three weeks I have got the most important thing - confidence, that I can obtain new profession and sustain my family in this difficult for all Ukrainians time.
When I started learning coding here (and it's my first first time in life), I thought my right part of the brain will blow up; however, after the second lesson, I realized, either Matt is explaining the material so easily to understand, or I just fell in love with coding. It was so short, sweet & easy-to-follow! Actually the first time I understood JavaScript (failed so many times before) and even felt an urge to improvise and code extra. Also loved the size of the lessons (5-10 minutes) so that even if you're busy it's still possible to study a bit.
I loved attending the course with Matt. He explained very well how to use HTML, CSS and JS languages. I had already had programming in college for over 12 years and it was excellent to review and especially learn JS better.

I am a kindergaden teacher, but very geeky. Recently I wanted to have a new start in my life and I've started to learn code. I found this workshops very interesting. I joined SheCodes to learn more and develop my skills and I am thrilled I did. I am currently working on the last portion of the SheCodes bootcamp called SheCodes- React. I will be learning about React and how to make responsive websites using API's and Bootstrap. Once I complete the final bootcamp, I hope to start working in this field.

SheCodes Basics was a great introduction to HTML, CSS and JavaScript. The short videos and challenges allowed me to learn at my own pace and to repeat the classes whenever any questions arose. The community on Slack was also instrumental in clearing up questions whenever a Google search didn't help. The experience was so positive that I plan to do another workshop with SheCodes.

SheCodes React was the perfect workshop to continue improving my programming skills, while learning about Reach technologies.
I had tried to study some code languages before and taken a few free courses online, but never seemed to get engaged enough to finish. I was afraid history would repeat itself with this... but no! Now I'm finally starting to learn how to code. This was my first ever completed coding course and I had a blast! I only wish I had started sooner! The basics level course was great for getting my feet wet in this new area, yet was not difficult enough to scare me away. I really appreciated the ability to do this part time, it was much more compatible to my work and lifestyle. I hope to be able to continue and grow my knowledge and CV with more coding skills!
