I came to Shecode with zero knowledge of coding. Now I understand the fundamentals of HTML and CSS,although JavaScript is foreign to me, but I am determined to get there. Nonetheless, I thoroughly enjoyed the course and would gladly recommend it anytime.
The learning was very smooth and seamless. Every task cleared the concepts thoroughly. It was fun making the projects. I would highly recommend this to every student who is passionate about learning Web Development in a very easy and structured manner.

I loved learning on shecodes. It made coding so much fun, as with each new lesson there came a fun challenge. It felt like playing a game, with new levels to unlock. Getting to the final stretch and finishing the weather application felt very accomplishing!

I'm so glad I chose to begin my path to coding professionally with SheCodes, the teaching style makes concepts so much simpler even if you've already got a little basic knowledge. Some of the projects and workshops have been really challenging, however there's always the support to find the solution and get your code to work the way you want. A great introduction to Python. As with all the other SheCodes Workshops I have done, the content is clear and well organised. The learning is broken down into bite-sized chunks and students are given plenty of opportunity to practise what they have learned.

This workshop had me scratching my head many times while I tried to sort out the challenges. My project came out passable, but someday I will go back and improve it. Now that I know more, I realize how much more there is to learn. The pictures of books in my final project aren't exactly the same size, but it's a bit like my bookshelf! Nonetheless, it was a very useful workshop and it is another stone along the way. This just leaves the challenge still open to go back and improve once I learn a bit more.

I've always been intimated by coding, or anything pertaining to tech to be honest (the behind the scenes portion of it), but after taking SheCodes Basics workshop, I was less intimidated and more open to the idea of exploring tech as a career shift. I loved the flexibility of the courses, you can go at your own pace which is needed sometimes, but I also liked the idea of a push (deadlines). I plan to further my knowledge in coding with SheCodes when the time is right π. I recommend this for anyone that wants to learn the basics or maybe testing the waters to see if a career in coding is for you.
I have really enjoyed this class, it was logically constructed, information was clearly presented and the exercises helped me understand the material in a way that I was able to apply it for myself. I look forward to continuing with the rest of the bootcamp!

The basic add-on workshop using HTML, CSS and JavaScript was a fascinating experience. Although the course was challenging, it was rewarding to understand the concepts through trial and error and hands-on experimentation. Interacting with the project as it evolved was particularly satisfying, as I could see the direct results of my efforts come to life. At the end of the each unit I felt a great sense of achievement, having not only completed my project but also deepened my understanding of the fundamentals.
