HTML/CSS/JavaScript lessons were pretty easy to digest thanks to Matt & his great team and I appreciate all the effort put into this amazing project that introduced me to the wonderful world of coding.

I totally loved this responsive workshops. Creating a portfolio with all the workshops done with SheCodes in the past few months, it is very exciting and a bit emotional. That is crazy that in less than one year I feel that I've done so much!!
When I started I had no clue how to code and I did not even understand anything that was going on. But with Matt guidance and the support of other student on slack, I can now create my own projects as I now have knowledge on how to use html, CSS and javascript. I highly recommend SheCodes.
I have learnt a lot of new things like transformation on CSS and how to change the theme using JavaScript. This is a great learning experience, I would recommend it to anyone who wants to learn about front-end.

Highly recommend! The structure of the course is perfect. First becoming a little familiar with React before jumping into creating a React project in VSCode allowed for a smoother introduction to React. I liked that it was a similar project to the SheCodes Plus weather app but in React. This made the differences and possibilities of React much more noticeable and it made it easier for me to understand React and to apply it to other projects. Great course and I am excited to continue learning. :D
This was a great supplemental course to the Basics, as it built on the previous lessons and further explored CSS/HTML/JS.

React framework is a energetic experience! It involves alot of attention to detail and organization. I enjoyed learning about components and learning useStates to create fully a functional weather&forecast application. My second week with SheCodes was just great! We dove deeper into JavaScript, and already then I could tell how much I'd learned and grown from this experience. Engaging lessons with just the right balance of fun and challenge in the challengesβwhat more could one want? Building my first interactive web elements was really a fun experience. The team behind SheCodes and the community were very supportive, and whenever I had questions, really fast responses appeared with useful information. Week 2 really cemented my love for coding and gave me plenty of confidence in working with projects that are a bit more challenging.

When I enrolled for my first week on SheCodes Basics, I had some knowledge about web development but nothing close what I have learnt these past three weeks. I am excited to finally say that I have programmed my first project without a tutorial from Mr. Matt Delac playing in the background. I finally have something to brag about regarding tech. Learning how to create a weather app using advanced JavaScript techniques, integrating a live API to fetch live data, and managing the code using Git and GitHub was very satisfying. It is so exciting to see the app working and showing the live weather and predicted forecast for cities around the world.
SheCodes is a great place to begin learning how to code. The learning process starts from basic concepts which made it easy for me to understand the lessons. The challenges also helped me to practice what I've learned.
I'm excited to have completed the Shecodes Add-on workshop!
