This was a great addition to the Responsive workshop. We were taught the manual way of making a page responsive. Everything that Bootstrap and other platforms enable was done manually in this workshop and I appreciate that. It's good to know both so that you know what to apply when. It's also good to know so that if something is not functioning properly you have options. The project was a lot of fun!

I really enjoyed the end result, even though I struggled with React at first. Once the concept of components clicked, I was able to fully grasp how everything works and started making real progress. I'm in love with learning the Japanese language and I've been practicing Japanese since January 2025. I enjoy learning a whole different alphabet and I found Japanese to be the easiest language and alphabet to learn compared to other languages. My project consists of the Japanese language and culture.
After such a long break! I have finally come back to shecodes and im so glad I did. It is so fun to see what you've learnt in the projects set for you and the homework! Can learn at your own pace however i will continue to be consistent, think its more beneficial and helpful if you keep the momentum. Cant wait to go onto the next course now!

This was the most fun I've had in a while! After learning so many new things in the previous courses, this project reminded me of the power of pure HTML and CSS. Being able to build a website without JavaScript was really satisfying! Diving into CSS Grids, HTML tables, and figuring out how to make it all responsive was incredibly fun and rewarding!
The SheCodes Responsive Add-On challenged me in the best way possible. I struggled initially with HTML structure, specifically fixing div closures and getting card layouts with embedded maps to display consistently. The course's hands-on approach forced me to debug real issues, which taught me more than any tutorial could. This was hard. It felt like a big step-up from She Codes Basics and I wondered several times if I would get through it. But.... very slowly and with a lot of repetition, things started falling into place. I have gone on a journey with this course and the end result was incredibly rewarding.

The Responsive course final project was challenging yet totally fun! The knowledge I gained in Bootstrap directly applies to making any website responsive, and it showed me how many options you have to design a website based on your preferred style.
